Remember the Day

If you ever looked back on a calendar and thought to yourself : "Yes, that day was a good day", or if you think that most diary apps are a bit too complicated, then this personal diary app is the right one for you.

Remember the Day is a very simplistic app similar to most personal diaries designed to quickly store any note that you have for the current day.

All days are divided into three categories (Good, OK/Normal, Bad) which roughly describe the users mood or feelings on a particular day.The user can add a new note for the current day, view any previously noted day, change the current note during the day* and view some basic statistics about the stored note types.
Remember the Day has a basic password protection for entries** and an option for backing up and restoring the apps database***.

as of version 2.2.3, users can backup the database to Google Drive. This feature is still in early beta stages. Some problems may occur.

Remember the Day requires these permissions:
The permission for reading and writing on external storage for the backing up and restoring of the apps database feature.
The Camera permission for capturing images.
The Internet permission for crash reporting , location**** and ad's.
The Location permission to find the device's location and street name
The permission to access the network state - 'Share app' function, Ad's and crash reporting.
The Contacts permission (required for the 'Share app' feature)

*Changes can be made only for the current day.
**Only the textual data of an entry is encoded and stored. Images will not be encoded. It's highly recommended to read more about this feature in the apps help menu.
***The device needs to have a mounted external storage SD memory card for this feature to work. It's highly recommended to read more about this feature in the apps help menu.
****The internet access for location depends on the device's location settings.
*****Google Play Services is required to be installed on the device for this feature to be available to the user. Depending on the users device's location settings, data charges may apply when using this feature.
