Chaldal: Online Grocery

I love chaldal's service. I am ordering from them since 2 years. All of their customer care representatives are very efficient & helpful. I never had any problems with my deliveries. And yes if any of their products have any kind of defects they replace that. It really saves time. I am a satisfied customer. Keep up the good work chaldal

I'm not sure about others experience with Chaldal but for me, I'm glad I found Chaldal. They not only save time and money (great discounts), they make sure their products are great. For example, I ordered a tomato sauce and there was a free glass bowl with it, but the bowl was half broken when I opened it later. I informed them about it, and the very next day they sent me the same new product for free. No questions asked. No hassle. Easy returns. Best service in Dhaka! Not good enough. It takes a long time to start. It crashes every time when I try to search. Category layout is wired. If I am browsing products from one category and go back it closes the app. It should take me to the category menu. Their website works much better than this app.

1 hour delivery is a great LIE!!! In 8 orders, they couldn't complete a single delivery on time! Today they just delayed about 3 hours & forced me to rate them 1 star. Not satisfied at all!

a very shitty deal where it takes them 6hrs to gather or pickup something from Gulshan and deliver it to Mirpur. One would rather do it themselves​.

Chaldal itself does a great service. But the app needs improvements,it crashes a lot.keep up the good work

this is quite a good app but it crashes most of the time I try to search a item..they should improve it..otherwise the order was placed on right time...and there was no problem locating my address for them like the others..but I think people should not order fresh products like milk,vegetables etc...because I ordered some variety sauces,milk,capsicum,carrot etc...all those sauce were good and capsicum as well but the milk was totally rotten and the carrots were pale and dry..not much appetizing..

chaldal don't support payment through credit card.

Just woke up in the morning today from one of their delivery executive's phone call at 9am. Took my products like cutting fish and fresh food and I cooked.no wearing dress to go to shop for buying foods!!no traffic,no arguments with shop keepers,no more extra pressure while I'm going to office as I know my food is ready & will take this again after finishing my office work!! Man, its bangladesh, its not abroad.who gave you this service before?? Yes, its only Chaldal.

Its very useful we can buy any type of products from this app from Bangladesh easily by getting home delivery. Its the best shopping app ever. Yahooo. I liked it too much. Excellent job but there is a problem....

Though they have some problems but these shouldn't be counted at this beginning stage. hope they will overcome all these as soon as possible. & surely this thing is pure time saver. over all I love it

Does not even specify where they can deliver or can't...and worse delivery timing. All those discount percentages are scam because price remains still the same even after the applying discount code.

Chaldaal is a very effective way to shop grocery. It's saves my time, money and energy!! Most important thing that I am really happy with their service and product as well.

Not much things to offer in the shop. Am i only the one saw it? Mostly the things have in the market, so i will delete the apps, no used!!!

I have ordered 2 times & the deliver time management is superv.Hope the service will be more better in coming future.It will grow more by getting feedback from customers & received importantly with specific action.The delivery man approach will be more professional & you ate supposed to give them some training.

Yes! At last they stop charge free delivery. Firstly the offer free delivery for TK 200+ shopping. Then make TK500+. But now minimum TK10 for 300+ shopping. I think they should back to free delivery at TK 200+ shopping.

Android software sometimes non responsive. Unable to change delivery time/date on that....company's overall service is satisfactory.
