Chain Reaction Cycles

This app is useless. It stalls on log in. After inputting my details, it says 'logging in - please wait', and there it stays. I've tried using the wrong password and it tells me straight away that it's wrong. But with the correct password, it just stalls. I've uninstalled and reinstalled on my phone with the same result.

When I tried exiting viewing an item it forced me to say whether I liked the app or not. Keyboard hides the submit button, cannot get out of screen. Had to quit app and use website. Hopefully new releases will bfit bugs and be usable

The app freezes when I try to log in or when trying to move from viewing items in the basket to checkout. Update** Finally able to log in after a week of trying only to have the payment fail everyone I tried. Ended up going through the website direct where the payment went through with no problem.

As an app straight out of the box, it works very well! Download the app and register an email and password using it. I then suggest logging out completely, then log back in. This'll give the app time to register your details otherwise you may get an error message. Navigating the app is a doodle with filters helping you get quickly to the category or specific item you want. Payment is as straightforward with a choice of using card or PayPal ????

App is much more comfortable than website from mobile. Yet Home screen is empty in my version for some reasons. Search by categories is working at the same time. Looking forward to using full functionality.

Currently unusable. Too many bugs. Happy to share screenshots and review again when its been updated. For now its a browser purchase.

Basically it's an app version of the mobile web. Anyway, it's convenient to use just as the mobile web. Have purchased quite a lot of stuff from CRC, from wheelset to bottle cages. All of my shopping experience here is positive. Good packing and good logistics. Hope that was not luck. Wish CRC can keep the high standard and low prices!

The app asked for feedback at point of purchase but the keyboard covers the submit button. The livechat unavailable text box covers the continue to ....... text box. The search button always had to be pressed twice. Works but it a bit buggy still.

Tried to checkout keeps giving error no buying from this app absolutely pointless

Great app but the checkout errors sometimes. Was only able to pay thru PayPal, which is fine but needs fixed.

Awesome app. Very user-friendly, very cool.

Works ok...but somehow I now have 142 pages of wish lists which I cannot delete even from a laptop on the desktop site.
