New note 8, will not let me log in. Says credentials are invalid??? I even changed password - works fine on note 4?????

You can only see past usage with the basic account. Finally connected to SCE. I still wish the setup was easier. This app needs a serious update. They never made the app see what energy individual devices are using, likely gonna get rid of this if they don't update soon.

I have not had any problems with this app, works great, monitors energy usage and can give an estimate of cost based on usage in real time. I have not received any telemarketing calls and have been using the app for over a month. I recommend you get this app if it is compatible with your energy provider. Great app developers. Would be great if you could set a limit or goal based on kWh with a notification if you surpass it.

Synced up with SCE and like seeing the real time data. I thought there was some way to tag individual appliances, but can't find anything like that. Using the real time data I can see how some appliances cause a spike when I use them. I guess I'll have to go around and unplug "vampire" items to see how they are contributing.

Read the privacy policy! I don't wish to receive telemarketing calls! With this low rating it's obvious something is not right, once your phone number (which is required ) is in the telemarketing system you cannot remove it you will get annoying calls forever this app is simply not worth the risk!

It's OK but seeing as the data is usually 3 or 4 days old and almost half the time it's not working at all I think a 3 star rating may be a bit generous.

Solid app. Installed without a problem, and started measuring my energy within 24 hours of signing up at PG&E. No complaints here!

Saw a promo for the app. So cool and the reports are good.

The new version of Chai works great. Delivers my energy usage no problem.

Just says error.

It doesn't accept my PG&E account number no matter how I submit it it keeps saying that it isn't the correct number even though it is even if I try Dash 8 at the end or without the dash or hyphen it doesn't matter because they won't accept any number

Won't connect to our account. Verified the login info was correct, something is wrong with the app.

Biggest problem now is since I updated to N I can't see the full text in the center for the energy readings. This app needs a serious update. Just updated tonight 9/14 and still only see half of the number in the center.

App is much better now that I can connect to my utility account without any errors.

Great application once you sync the Chai Energy pro with your SCE account. It's amazing seeing how much energy your home is consuming in real time. Can't wait for the appliance tagging features to go live so that I can see what appliances are actually using power. The Chai Energy pro also shows me how much power I'm sending back to the grid, so cool. This can only get better. Keep up the good work guys!

Can't log in with sce guessing because they don't want us to save money

Installed...after seeing it on my local news...and the ap doesn't even support the area in which it is being advertised.

I thought I'd try it. It's junk and doesn't connect.

I can log in my Chai account, but it's having trouble connecting to my Southern California Edison account.

I can see my data now!! I look forward to learning how I can improve efficiency in my home.

Does not work

First I kept getting a cannot connect error. Finally got past that to cannot find home error. Not worth my time to try to get it.

It won't let me sign up, keeps saying "error" (Samsung Galaxy Note 3). Uninstalled

App says"no ways to save, try again later"

Useless if it only errors out. Will try again at some later date.

Only support Southern California Edison clients. Why not DWP?

I tried many times to sign up and keep getting "this user name is already taken" even though the "user name" is your own email! I requested help to find out who else is using my email address and i had NO clear answer but a " sorry, we had other users who experienced the same issue due the high traffic" .... well, after 4 days and still waiting, this just got me concerned and unsure if someone else is using my identity or even more of my information ; (

Ran into some issue with account setup but it looks like the new version fixed it. Great customer support

Won't let me sign in, buttons don't work.

Could not get the app to do anything not quite sure why you would put something on the internet like that and then advertise it on TV seems ridiculous probably should have read the reviews and I wouldn't have downloaded it what a waste of time
