Göteborgs Spårvägar Händelse

Denna app gör det möjligt för spårvagnsförare att rapportera händelser direkt i sin smartphone, genom att logga in, välj händelsetyp, fyll i relevanta uppgifter och skicka. Sedan kan man också söka efter tidigare händelser som man rapporterat in, både genom appen och via andra system. Där kan man se händelsens status och även andra uppföljningar. Var medveten om att en internetuppkoppling (mobil eller Wi-­‐Fi) krävs för att använda appen. Denna appen har utvecklats i samarbete mellan CGI och Göteborgs Spårvägar. This app makes it possible for tram drivers to report incidents directly to their smartphone, by logging in, select the event, please complete the relevant details and submit. Then you can also search for past events that we have reported in, both through the app and through other systems. There you can see the status of the event and other follow-ups. Be aware that an internet connection (mobile or Wi - Fi) is required to use the app. This app was developed in collaboration between CGI and Gothenburg Tramways.
