this app is very bad its don't work

Repeatedly tried the app to lodge municipality grievance. In spite of filling in all the mandatory fields many times , it prompts to complete all entry. It is disgusting ly slow. The app may have been developed keeping in mind to bag some money from central government for e governance, which is not the case. I challenge you to lodge a single grievance using this app!! Leave aside the sponsored likes. Its a challenge, I dare! Play store please check apps before making them available on your platform.

OTP is not obtained by me and when I tried again to register with same number it shows that your no. is registered. After all this mess I tried to login it says that you are invalid user. It is a humble request to developers to resolve this major problem.

St,sc certificates ke baare me koi jankariya nahi, na process ke baare me, sirf 6, 7 documents jiska process chal raha hain uske baare me, yakinan bakbas app hain, jankariya honi chahiye, kaise submit kare, kya documents chahiye, kuch bhi nahi hain....
