Countdown Widget

Dependable app that counts down and then up ("x" amount of days SINCE) which I love. - I only had one issue where the counter stopped counting, but a soft reset fixed it. So it really wasnt the app itself. (If you have this issue; Androids pull the battery. If not removable most will work if you hold the volume down key, home and power until phone resets. Start device normally. IPhone hold the power and home key until device resets. This should fix your issue.)

This app is perfect, offers great customization, super user friendly and really beautifully designed. & it had a count up feature as well which I was really looking for to count "days since" an event. :) One feature I'd really like however is the ability to freeze/disable a countdown. So if it's been 40 days since something, and it happened, I can freeze it at 40 days instead of having it keep on counting up or deleting it. Would really love that. Don't imagine it would be too difficult to program. Thanks for the great app guys!

Wonderful app for the most part. It has a lot of things I like, such as changing the picture, how you countdown, font and color. I only gave it 2 stars because the widget (which is the best part of the app to me) doesn't work. I also upgraded to premium still doesn't work and still haven't gotten a refund. Google told me to contact the developer and the developer tools me to contact Google. Over it.

I downloaded 2 other apps before this one which were unnecessarily complicated or you needed to pay for different background and year/month countdown. Which was rubbish. This app was easy, everything I need is accessible. Cute widgets. Nice and simple! :)

It's great! I have 4 countdowns currently and two of them on my home screen as widgets. Fun and not hard to learn, it gets me pumped for events and release dates. The only thing is it took me a while to figure out how to add specific countdowns as widgets.

Good and has a nice design. However this app needs the following 2 features: Cloud Sync - If I create a countdown on 1 device I do not want to have to create it on every other device. The other feature is a web interface or more preferably a Window 10 app so I can see my countdowns on my desktop also.

Cant replicate this error and seems random. My custom countdown widget stops counting down the time everytime i either set the phone on airplane mode, switch off the display or start charging it. Cant tell what exactly does it, but the timer just stops. Everytime. After multiple tries to set it up again. Frustrating

I like the customization features. They were easy to set up using my own gallery pictures.. Overall, I like the Countdown Widget except for one little thing. There is no way to sort my multiple countdowns. I set up 4 countdowns, the last one being an afterthought which occurs (in countdown days) before the third one. So far the only way I can figure out how to put them in order is to delete #3 and add it back in so it appears after the current #4.

I love that you can count using hearbeats though that is not practical at all, but it's fun so yeah XD. The only thing Im worried is about the widget. The widget feature does not work in my phone. Im using Sony Xperia Z, do I have to do other additional steps to be able to use the said feature? That's why I'm giving it a 3. Please help me with this I might give it a 5

I am adding events 2 months away but app always starts from 1 year ahead so always have to work back several months to add things. Be better if it started from today's date and let you work ahead. Also seems to be adding it's own event why when I have 3 of my own countdown??

Have used the app for nearly a year now. It was going really well. To the point I loved the app and told friends and family about it. Then a few weeks back I had my first glitch. Where it fails to update itself, I have to open the app up for it to reset etc. This kind of makes it not worthwhile using. Please can you fix this problem.

Update: Now that I know how to actually add it to my home screen I am changing my 2 star to a 5 star. Great app and works very well on my phone. Love how you can change it from days, weeks, months, minutes and even heartbeats haha. I thought that one was kinda funny.

I'm in Atlantic time zone (GMT-4) and I think being able to choose which zone you're in would be additionally beneficial for users. I think my countdown is a little off due to the time one of the host app, but it's a minor thing. Great overall, easy to use.

Very clunky navigation, especially when trying to put multiple widgets on the home screen. Widget is also very glitchy, freezing often. Also asked for rating before I'd even used it. Something so simple, made very difficult.

Please give us the ability to resize the widget down! The 4x1 says resizable but won't go smaller than 4x1 even when the text is only filling about 1-2 spaces in width! Also can we adjust font size for the widget for this same reason??? Thanks!!

So is so cool! It can even say how many heartbeats until your event! It is very handy and I have four countdowns for Christmas because there are so many units to choose from! Plus you can have whatever background you like. I love this app!!!

It was great but now on the widget I can't get rid of the picture. I liked that before I could make the color transparent and my background would show through the widget but now there's a stupid picture that I can't get rid of that just makes my homepage look cluttered.

Absolute crAPP !!!! It will not let me change to the current year. It is not 2018 yet. Your response to comments is the same every time. I understand that you have to spend all of your time fixing this crAPP. Maybe you will get it right in 2018; or in your world....2019.

The whole point of a countdown app is the widget showing me how many days are left till the big event. Unfortunately this app does no refresh the number of days on the widget, unless you open the app and refresh it manually. Pointless! I'm uninstalling it!

I watched the videos to unlock two 4x4 home screen countdown widgets (which I increased to 5x5). Under certain circumstances (that I couldn't begin to explain), the countdown widgets will both freeze until I tap one of them, enter the app, and then exit. Otherwise, I like the app. Once this one bug is fixed, I will give the app 5 stars.

Why offer a free app like this, then make you purchase it to create an event? Or name your event? Total waste of time - do yourself a favor and try the next app in line...

App worked fine but I feel upgrade description is misleading. The only thing you get for your money is no ads. Description lists a dynamic widget but widgets are the same as free version. The app has a button for slideshow and animation but doesn't change the widget at all, no slideshow or animation. Contacted Sevenlogic about what the slideshow and animation buttons were suppose to do and they replied about technology constraints and future features. Save your money for a different app!

For the last 3 days it has shown 4 months and 2 days....gets down to 4 months and resets..created another one for the same date and time and gives me a totally different countdown figure

Haven't had a chance to use the app yet. It forced me to rate it immediately before I could proceed with making my first count down.

Pretty snazzy. Pretty comfortably customizable and does what I need it to. I'd like to see a "count up from 'x' date" feature for things like knowing exactly how long is been since your anniversary or since you've done something, I can't seem to find an app with a widget like that on the market right now! What the heck.

This app had potential, but ultimately fails. The app and widget keep crashing, and the countdown constantly stops, which defeats the whole point. Tech support was little help. The ads are very annoying and cover the timer in the app. If you are looking for a simple countdown app, look elsewhere because this one fails

If it wasn't for the big edit button consistently in front of the timer (24/7/365), 1. The ads wouldn't be as annoying, 2. I could see my countdown. So, 3. Please move the EDIT to the settings area. Also, I clicked days with yrs, min etc & they don't show.

App gets 4 stars because it didn't notify me when the countdown actually reached 0. It only buzzed me when I opened it 8 days after the fact. Still, getting to customize the background and text was a nice feature to have. Sold app.

I just downloaded the app and before I could even use it it blasted me with ads and asked me to rate it. OK here ya go. Let me use the app first and you might get a better rating.

This is the best countdown App I've seen. The only thing preventing it getting 5☆ is it's 45Mb and cannot be moved to external SD card to save internal memory.

A fun way to keep track of a special event. One thing i don't care for its that there always has to be a count down. Once an event is done it won't let you delete it until another event is entered.

I love how customisable the app is. Its only con would be that the time on widget fails to update itself until I open the app. It would be great if you guys could fix that.

What the crap?! Where the hell is the widget?! Don't make garbage that doesn't work. This is a spam app and I hope Google removes it from their store.

I really like how it's set up and how it works. The only annoying thing is that my countdowns keep disappearing and I have to keep putting them back.

I purchased a premium membership to get the large widget and it doesn't even work. It is still telling me to purchase premium. Not only that, but I'm not going to keep this app after my event. I would like a refund of my purchase.

It says that the video will not work for the resizeable widget i have tried ten times and nothing... so much for fixing the widget issue...

I like this app, but I hate the way it constantly pushes me to review it. If it gave me option to never see the message again my review would be 4 or 5 stars.

It's okay if you're in the app but the widgets don't work. For example, I have 145 days until my graduation, but the widget on my home screen still says 151

The widget doesn't really work as an actual widget, I have to click it to see my countdown. It's not exactly pretty to look at, either. The layout is unappealing

Difficult to use and customize unless you upgrade. I was forced to rate the app before I could use it. How can I rate something I've never tried?? Deleting this app immediately.
