Dunfermline Press for Android
When the app opens it just says service not available and hasn't been updated since 2012 so clearly no longer supported or functional
Always says fault.
This app keeps me in touch with my home , it is a little bit slow but i like it very much keeps me up to date with whats going on
Articles are usually summaries of articles which have been previously published in the paper. Which is okay as it still induces purchase of their product. Interface not as slick as others. Now starting to charge if you view more than 30 articles a month (same one counts again if you go back to it). Should move to a free with ads, chargeable without, model as other purveyors of online content use. I'll stick to my limit from now on.
Slow juddering mess. Scrolling seems to be messed up to the point it's unusable
Ok, the app is nothing fancy but it does what it's supposed to. I've no idea why the other reviews slate it so much. It's a free local news app which works fine.......what more do you want?
Slow at times to load articles. Better using the online version rather than the app. Rather disappointed.
