Downloaded and tried to use it and was locked out of my accounts. Had to reset password. Called bank to find out why app is not functioning? Told it is inoperable, with no date for relaunch. So much for being part of the Modern Age. Guess I will have to continue doing my banking the old-fashioned way, or go elsewhere?

The app is not allowing me to sign in in to the account. I notice that when I provide the user name and hit enter another two fields add yourself to the Username. The app simply do not work like the previous customer say.

Majority of the times I try to open the app it always says "Unfortunately the app has stopped." Uninstalled since I usually have to go login online

Looks like a tech problem. Won't go past confirming identity. I have a nexus 6 running Android 6.1.1

Been a member for a five years. This bank offer so many solutions that other popular banks refuses to help you as a customer. The customer service there are super professionalism and care for us as customers. I have referred 8 people. They continue thanking me for this bank. Able to have my first credit card and have loans which were refused from other major banks. This bank will have you stuck with continuous luck!

I can't go past confirm my Identity.

The app won't get beyond confirming my identity. I did a loop for 5 mins of continual questions about myself that I don't even know the answer to. What's the last name of your high school teacher of the year award? What was the first road you drove on?
