Repost due to being deleted. Queued very long at Tampines mall Gong Cha on 1st Apr. The lady manager took my phone and my friend's phone and clicked the claimed button. After that it showed it's already redeemed. Then the manager told us that app is not working on Android and to come another day. She proceed to click and redeem those Android users behind us and telling them the same. She shld have told everyone that Android is not working and shldnt tap on the redeem link. Total waste of our time.

Unable to even verify my phone number and keeps showing 'please check your network connection' when trying to enter the app. Might be some scammer just trying to get more downloads just to get money from app downloads.

Managed to download app but says gong cha fully redeemed

Wanted to give zero star but there is none to select. Findapro and Gongcha announced a deadline for redemption. Could not meet it. This is ZERO CREDIBILITY. This is not just because of the free drink. But a lousy marketing stint from findapro and Gongcha. Going to uninstall this failed app findapro after this review.

State redeem from 1 to 15 Apr. It only 2 Apr. I jus dl the app to read it fully redeemed. It only 2 Apr. If you have such poor marketing department then state 1 day of promo. Crap will mass mail everyone how lousy this whole event is!

Waste of time. Keeps showing network error. Uninstalling it.

Knew this app from gong change promotion however it ended just 2 days and the actual collection is 15. Guess either this app have just some promotion for people to download to use or gong cha plan to bring customer down hopping them in the end you have to purchase some drinks.

App freezes. Interface is bad. Not user friendly. Please do your UAT properly next time.
