Easy & fun to decorate images with the various cute packs. This is one of the few apps I've used where frames can be layered. Edit: It's disappointing to learn this app will no longer be supported. It's still worth downloading for new users because there are still literally hundreds of decorations available and the opportunity to collect more.

Great app! It would be better if you can flip a sticker image instead of having to rotate it all the way around. Don't really like the filters. But the stickers and the borders are so cute!!! I use this app for all my cutesy pics. I recommend this app all the time.

I use it more often than I thought I would. Granted I have not bothered purchasing anything for it. I really like the frames :3. Update: I'm still using this and I still love it and have not found an app that could replace it imho. Update 2: I'm really sad that it's market is no longer supported. I really have not found an app that is better than this one.

I'm VERY saddened to hear this app will be going under due to Yahoo! Jap. Corp. standards not being met and such. It was the BEST decorative Japanese themed photo app I could find, closely related to the Japanese photo booths they have. It had its issues but not enough for me discredit it. I'm really going to miss it and will keep using it until it's final days~ ありがとう、DECOPIC! ^___^
