The mobile deposit feature is still flawed... used to work great. Now, the camera function will not focus on the check, and typing a decimal point clears all numbers.

Fingerprint sign-in is a must for any modern banking app. My old credit union's app had it. Please add this, CFCU.

This app use to work at an acceptable level. Now it's unable to focus at all on checks for deposit. No controls for focus or camera flash. Considering switching banks due to lack of support.

When ever I log in (on a new moble device) it does that weird error thing and then I have to wait till 8am from 5pm to get help and its so annoying. I just want to be able to log in with out any issues, I hope they see this and fix it.

Broken again... They fixed it for a while, now it's just back to the same old error on start up. Thanks for the UI and aesthetics update, but what good is it when I can't even properly log in?

Holy crap, it's finally back! I try about once a week and nothing happens. Someone on the back end of this app finally figured it out and got it to work, thank you!

An internal system error prevents logon. Useless in its current state.

Lets me verify what is in my account when needed. Can also transfer money if needed.

App has failure to load problems on load-up and when you try your password. And it is definitely not a "service provider issue" it don't matter if its 4G or wi-fi or what your location is. I get locked out of my account at least once a month because of this app. And their website won't work with firefox either.

It's alright but needs work. More options to choose from such as seeing direct deposits and being able to deposit your check through the app via camera

Love depositing checks by photo. Wish I was able to use this for more than one account, though.

How do I get in to actually use this? It asks me endless security questions, questions I have no answer for.

Would like to be able to view pending transactions, access bill pay & log in to more than one account, but it does what I need it to. And I love being able to do mobile deposits.

App works to allow checking of balances. Checking items that have cleared is a bit clunky but works adequately.

Some folks are not happy with anything. This app works perfect every time.

Constant error. Won't let me access it at all.

For the longest time, the biggest issue with this app was just that it was ugly--luckily, it worked fine. Then all of a sudden, about two months ago, I started having a TON of trouble depositing checks through the photo feature. Now I can't open the app at all (I just get a "system error"). It's frustrating enough that I'm considering changing my bank.

Used to work fine (used to) 2 updates ago started getting a little buggy, last update just plain killed it. They cannot figure it out so they are claiming that it's a service provider issue. (its the ONLY app that doesn't work since I got marshmallow update, it worked up until the last update, close to two weeks after 6.0.1) all I get is the blue screen with cfcu logo

Since the update it opens to a blue screen that has the logo but nothing else and it just stays like that. I can't use it to do any of my banking and I am very, very annoyed by this. Fix it.

I just updated, and the app appears to be working fine. Thanks for fixing it!

I jus got an account by after checking it twice I start getting a system error an then I have to uninstall it an re install it jus for it to work it is getting old real fast having to keep doin this

With the ending of e-deposits, I have no way to deposit my checks!! Switch banks?!! I love CFCU, but your app is HORRIBLE!!

I use a password manager and I can't paste my password into the app or jump between the Cfcu app and the password manager without the Cfcu app resetting. = totally useless app.

The app now crashes whenever I take a photo of a check. (I'm using a stock Google Nexus 6P with the July Android 6.0.1 security patches installed.) I've tried clearing my cache and app data. Still crashes. Disappointing.

After answering LITERALLY 60 + of its security questions, I gave up and deleted the app.. it never once logged me in even though I can log in on the computer. It never once asked me any of the 5 security questions I picked out on the computer. It would just ask me many different questions in which I had no ability to pick from. Didn't matter that I might not have a vacation home, spouse, or a nephew! Never in my life have I ever been urged to write a bad review like this one! They never should have change
