Certify Mobile

This application is a weak effort into business expenses. While the interface is simple enough, the application relies on an in-app browser to pull down web pages rather then native android application interfaces to do much of the work of filling out an expense report. If you want to play with the big boys like Concur, you need to up your game.

The functions are very straight forward and are easy to navigate. Uploading a receipt is a streamlined process. I would give it 5 stars if I could also expense the receipt from the wallet on the app without having to close the app and go online to complete the expense report.

No more hanging on to the receipts. Really saves time and frustration.

Simply a mess. The functionality seems to be there but it always fails to do what you think it should do. Receipts disappear, or can't be uploaded without weird workarounds. Does not get updates entered into the desktop version. Clearly they doesn't a lot of time on beeps and whistles and ignored the user experience.

When the app doesn't crash after attempting to take the picture of the receipt, Certify is fantastic. Seems like I have to try 2 or 3 times to take the photo of the receipt before the app works correctly, consistently, and continually (which means I have to type my password 2 or 3 times to login). My Smartphone is a 2 year old Samsung Galaxy S4; I've been told to close out (shutdown) all other apps and that might help solve the problem. ... other than dealing with the frustration of crashing, Certify is extremely useful, functional, and appreciated! Makes submitted my expenses a ton easier than the old way of filling out paper forms. FIX THE CRASHING & I'LL GIVE IT 5 STARS!

Can't add a receipt without a syncing error. It's impossible to find how to take a photo of a receipt from my gallery and link it. I have to email the receipts buy they're limited to 2mb total for all of the pictures?! I wish we still used Concur.

Scanning receipts takes too much clicking. Nothing is read from the receipt. No favourite categories for receipts, always the long list to scroll through. Wallet management is counterintuitive to navigate. Syncing not automatic.

Stopped working when trying to upload receipts. On Nexus 6p, 7.1.2. app has old iOS interface... Looks like junk, needs a material design update!!!

Pretty good app, not sure why the decimal point key no longer appears when adding or correcting amount field.

Crappy iOS port, and it just opens an internal browser if you want to look at an actual expense report.

I am a former user of concur and other electronic expense report solutions. This is, hands down, the best I have used.

I love it. I can input on my expenses on my mobile as I incur them so I am not bogged down at the end of a job. It's relatively easy to use.

Cerify makes the otherwise onerous process of matching expenses and receipts easy and clear.

Its a simple app to submit expense reports, I found it easy to use and dont have any of the problems that others have reviewed about.

Have tried 4 times to add a receipt. Each time it take the picture and try to save it. The app force closes

I travel a lot for work and this cuts out a lot of time and all the headaches with processing expenses.

Keep freezing when taking pictures of receipts...very frustrating!

No need to stack up receipts...just snap a picture and your covered !

Certify is very user friendly, training g time of employee's for use is less than other comparable programs.

I am using it strictly for mileage expenses. Easy to use. However, the mileage has been off significantly. At one point showing the shortest route taking a gravel road.

Love how I don't have piles of receipts to keep track of.
