Doctors from hospital doesn't update. Uninstalled app useless

I like the app, but I dont like the name. When I sign on it is called "MyOHH" which makes more sense to me since my hospital is Oklahoma Heart Hospital. I should be called the same thing when you sign on. I can never find it because I'm looking for MyOHH not HealtheLife.

I am having a hard time finding the notes from my visit with Dr.. ROONEY I did a urine test, and the pharmacy told me I had a prescription to pick up. Cipro,for an infection. But no one has told me if it's a uti, bladder kidney .. nothing.

Works on my Android but every time I tap an address field, the page scrolls back to the top. This is annoying.

It was great when i first started using it, but now nothing loads when i log in. It's just a blank page. I hope this gets fixed because it's a very convenient app to have

It won't open. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I use it.!!!

What's the point when they don't even open the message and book your appointment? Calling is much better and faster too. No point of having a app that's made for convenience when there is no convenience.

I generally like the app but since the latest update something is broken and it isn't loading the pages right. Would give 5 stars but simply cannot when it's not working right since the update.

I cannot upload documents on this app. There should also be a Web Page that allows for desk top logins. This will allow users to access documents more easily. Frustrated.

Every time I try to access my surgical procedures I get "error has occurred" Not very helpful if I'm trying to get information about a surgery from 2 years ago

Lots of days it says I have zero steps which isn't true.

Great when it works, buggy when used on iphone where you have to deleted and reinstall it because it tells you to use back botton and locks you out. Right now, android- telling me to update, but there isn't one and i can't get in

When it worked it waa wonderful for keeping track of my kids medical records. But lately it hasnt been working! So frustrating and disappointing!

You know an app is poorly done when inside the app, there are messages about downloading the app. It's basically a mobile website. They need to look at MyChart to see how a medical app can work well.

Awful. Unable to send messages to physician. No where to enter recipient. Very basic app and layout and they could not get the simple things like sending messages correct.

Can't open it, then refused to acknowledge my new password

The layout is terrible and no longer remembers your password. Why do app makers take perfectly good things and ruin them? Just to keep a job? Always changing things no matter how much worse it makes something.

I was able to access the app the first time now all it gives is a blank screen. Please fix this so that I can access my medical records.

Very convenient! I can message the clinic for appointments, refills on medications and communicate with the staff. I love it!
