* Your SMS with apps like Handcent SMS or Drive Carefully
* and many other TTS-enabled apps

Please note that for some applications such as Scout, we recommend installing on a device with at least a 1GHz processor.

I have a mild form of laryngitis and lost my voice. This app has been a life saver! I use it at home and while it does give some laughs, it is very useful. Please add a clear text button so I don't have to constantly select it all and remove it all the time. Thanks!

The voice itself is great, but there is a lot of noise in the Android version. I tried the demo in the Cereproc website and the voice was clear, but the real product on Android is very noisy and of low quality. The amount of noise is so much that it disrupts the listening experience.

Some words still unrecognisable but spelled out possibly due to slang. I notice they don't work well on kindle software well but android system is great. I use on moon reader pro with no problems with my samsung note2

D70%
by D####:

I'm not impressed. Its nothing like the three year old video on YouTube. Audio is extremely choppy, some syllables aren't pronounced and there's a constant static in the background. The voice sounds a little less mechanical than Google's and it seems to recognise punctuation marks so... I've never been this divided about anything, ever

I am a male in the US, just for reference. I use this app every day. It is easily favorite TTS app on Android for how natural it sounds and it's customizability. I use it for reading books, GPS, and web articles. Cereproc hit it out of the park with this one.

N70%
by N####:

The actual voice sounds great, but it has a lot of problems with pronouncing words (it resorts to saying the letters). For example, the word "definition" caused this problem. Again, the voice sounds pretty good, although even when functioning properly it still sounds unnatural and awkward (all TTS voices currently do to some degree). The bug of resorting to spelling with unrecognized words kills the whole experience, unfortunately.

Svox Classic, was the best for a very long time thank you for keeping the movement alive. these voices surpass Google and Samsung voice to speech ten fold.

Waste of money. It cracks and breaks in pronunciation and doesn't seem to work

Stopped working with latest version of Pocket. Oct 2017. Otherwise like the voice.

I'm extremely disappointed with the updates to the voices. I've baught six of them and can no longer use them for reading. The voices pause in weird places and are incredibly choppy. How did this update even make it to the Play Store? I wish I could go back to the previous versions.

Wow! This voice is amazing! Better than the other guys' tts male British voice and a dollar cheaper. I'm using this tts on a 2 year old plus HTC device. So far so good.

I've tried them all and this one is now my favorite.

Now this tts is usable. It is more responsive with no crashes.

[UPD 08.16: so I don't have any new complains for the quality of the voice, but there's another thing now: please add an option to store the downloaded voice data on the external SD card. By now I've got 4 Cereproc TTS voices on my phone; and combined, they occupy about 1Gb of my precious and *limited* inner memory space. Please do!] Great natural-sounding British voice! While it does stumble over some sounds and unbalanced pausing (look into it, really), this and Heather are my two absolute favorite ones.

Z70%
by Z####:

Voice is good but there are serious issues. It doesn't like saying double consonants in the middle of words. DISMISSIVE = DISMI'IVE and so on, and a CLANGING bell would be CLAN JING.

This used to be a 4.0 app. Not any more.

I'm new to Cereproc tts but after reading other reviews it seems an update has broken an otherwise good product, can we look forward to a fix

D70%
by D####:

Has anyone else been able to get it to work on Google maps? Seems like it works on system sounds and other select apps only. =(

B70%
by B####:

I tested the voice using the tool on their website, downloaded the free voice - to make sure it would work with the apps I wanted, and then went for it. Works a treat - one of the best, smoothest, most natural voices out there. Glides over sounds that make others go all 'synthetic'.

I started a Iron man J. A. R. V. I. S. project and this is by far the best British voice to go with it!

D70%

Love the Voice, Just Wish it Sounded More Like Jarvis. It Would be Even Better. Please! Take in consideration. Thank you.

I wish I can refund, Ivona Amy and Kendra are good in pronouncing and reading like their live in front of you. So I decided I need a male one, and my gosh, he's reading without any mix of tone, but just like a monotone. He sounds good in example, and better reader in samples, but not the android one. From the Philippines, I beg refund to wherever you're from. Refund!!!!! I should have not wasted my money. Ivona free is better compared to what I bought in Cereproc, I wish Ivona will sell male voice in android, and I'll but it than Cereproc. I thought I gift myself a good birthday gift, but William's way of reading is horrible.

Doesn't work with any apps that support TTS. Only works in system settings and the app itself. When there should be speech, there is only silence. Took too long to download the MASSIVE amount of data, and having retried twice, I now can't refund the purchase. I want my money back!!

Misold as it does do what it should. Very poor, doesn't work with any of my phones apps. Refund wanted.

I enjoy Amy, Ivona's British accent, which sounds authentic with very good inflection. However, I wanted a male voice, too, but William has somewhat of a robotic voice that's inflection not aligned with the reading's intent. I know that you'll improve this in time... It's on your way.
