* Twitter, Facebook and newsfeeds with iHearNetwork
* Your favourite eBook from eBook reader apps
* Your SMS with apps like Handcent SMS or Drive Carefully
* and many other TTS-enabled apps

Please note that for some applications such as Scout, we recommend installing on a device with at least a 1GHz processor.

Unfortunately, it doesn't consistently work. For instance, while driving using the GPS, as soon as my GPS re-routes, it goes back to using the stock TTS voice. Using Android 2.3.6.

C70%
by C####:

My top favourite TTS voice! It's one of the best and most natural voices in the market. Like another reviewer, I had some issues: it tended to skip and overlap some words, which didn't make for a smooth listening experience. I was just regretting my money spent when I read the review and realise it's because I had it on slow (speed 9). It sounds normal on regular (10) and slightly fast speed. No regrets now, lol

S70%
by S####:

After using it for a while, pauses mid word, skips words and sometimes whole sentences, not my phone, I've tried it on two, both quad core 1.5ghz... Reverted back to Google.. Sorry... Edit... The pauses are because I had it on slow, she sounds drunk on that lol, OK on normal

X70%
by X####:

Don't waste your money. Garbage crashes instantly. Doesn't work and no refund.

C70%
by C####:

One of the best TTS voices I've used. Easy to follow and works great with 3rd party TTS software

C70%
by C####:

Nice voice but too much static noise.

N70%
by N####:

If you are northern and want a nice natural accent, this voice is the best. Some glitching about 10% but could be better like google voice. I would pay good money to replace google voice with this if 95% good.....

C70%
by C####:

Was looking for an svox victoria replacement and this works quite well. For a buck and a half no complaints!

P70%
by P####:

Awesome. Realistic. You'll forget it's a tts. Sounds like she's actually reading to you like a recording. By far the best voice on Playstore! I'm Canadian, but her voice is so real. Love the accent!

Android KitKat says it is not compatible but it still works.

C70%

Clear voice, pretty natural

K70%
by K####:

OK, Just a little too High pitched for my liking so far Katherine is most realistic, with breath pauses here and there just. Almost perfect(Katherine voice that is).

C70%
by C####:

Too mechanical and spells out some words, which makes following the text quite difficult.

Z70%
by Z####:

A few years ago, it caused the Language and input/Text-to-speech options screen to quit. The only way to fix it was to uninstall. I emailed the developer, but no response. Prior rating was 5 stars.... Voice very pleasant. By far the most realistic sounding TTS that I have ever had. Even some of the usual "tougher" words to pronounce were spot on.

Z70%
by Z####:

Can't get it to work on S3, but on the Note 8 - pretty good. Together with Voice Notify + TabletTalk...perfect recipe for a great little orgy! Just a pity about the phone tho - mind you, it's a piece a sh*t anyway!

C70%
by C####:

This is a nice smooth voice that doesn't stutter to much compared to other tts. Had a hell of a time getting it working again. For those who can't get it to work on Google Maps or search got to settings -> language & input -> then on the very 1st line where it says language, change this from English (U. S.) to English (United Kingdom). Now you can go into text to speech and select jess tts. Make sure everything is set to U. K., which should be the default & and only option, then test it out!

Z70%
by Z####:

very buggy, I paused it in moon reader, n then play, it stop working without any error message, now it doesn't work anymore. there is a better alternative and free. i wish i never pay for this.

G70%
by G####:

Stopped working with Google navigation after the last android software update. I've tried everything to set it back and nothing works.

N70%
by N####:

Tone of the voice is good but... I wish they would improve the pronunciation and emphasis to produce a question instead of a statement. It would make the reading of a story more enjoyable.

Z70%
by Z####:

It hasn't worked properly in sometime

T70%
by T####:

Now my default voice on an SGS4. It gets quite a lot of use as the voice of my Tasker routines and gives it the character I was looking for.

C70%
by C####:

No matter what settings I choose for TTS on my S5 with Lollipop, Google Navigation ignores it and does its own thing. So does Google Now. So does Sygic. The only thing so far not to ignore my TTS settings is system messages like acknowledgement of an alarm set, however that still just uses the current Google voice and ignores this one. If Google have limited access of TTS apps to their services, it would be good if developers could harass them and address this in the app description.

C70%

Keeps crashing when used with pocket . Can I get a refund

C70%
by C####:

Forget the canned voices on your phone. Replace it with this one. Realistic sounding and very pleasant.

This voice and all of the other cereproc voices crash TalkBack on the nexus 5 running android 4.4

I use a 7" Allwin ZeePad as the interface for my car computer and use this voice for audio responses to car events -- Works great! Makes my old '78 280z feel like a luxurious modern car!

Since upgrading to Nexus 5,the app installs but settings crash when I try to change them. Have another TTS app which works fine. Got an initial response via email but that was all, disappointed I can't use it. Uninstalled till it is fixed.

Works good for eBook reading, also cheaper and natural-sounding compared to other English TTS... ...! A bit glitchy at some places, but still ok.

This is a great voice. It can be a little choppy at points but in general it sounds good. Cereproc has great customer service. The voice stopped working with the latest Google Maps Navigation update. I emailed the developer and within hours I had a response and there was and update to the voice in the play store.

S70%

I have a few of the Cereproc voices and this one is my favorite.

S70%

Its great. my phone is actually called Jess and i like northern accent so this app was perfect for me.

G70%
by G####:

The app runs great and the voice sounds good and is easy to understand. However the default speeds of normal and slow end up with the voice speaking like its rushed, or slow and choppy. I was able to get the voice to sound perfect using the rate control in the application itself (where u can test it and adjust rate/pitch). There needs to be a way to make that rate and pitch control actually set the speed and tone of the voice. If that is how your supposed to set it, it doesn't work on my phone.
