原本只是一個小黃司機，做給家人吃的點心，家父已高齡近90，最小的才小一，但這些卻是我最佳的試吃員，所以全不加色素和人工添料，而以自然及原始的風味呈現，外觀及賣相可能無法與一般店面相比，但我的堅持及用心是我本錢，我的自信來自各位的肯定！
目前所有產品皆不加砂糖！用的全是日本海藻糖，都是微甜，海藻糖原本就是糖尿病患者可酌量吃的少數糖類之一，所以請各位朋友放心食用！
