You people can't be this stupid! I tried to set up this app and it wants a secutity code "printed on my first three bills"??? I've had this phone for years! I've been paperless for years! Then you keep trying to tell me how my tablet needs to be set up. You people can't be this stupid! Centurylink you need to fire everyone associated with this app.

I was hoping for an app that will allow me to check my voicemails and maybe look at the call log. This doesn't do it.

I have signed up for paperless billing 4 times but have yet to receive 1 notification that my bill is due so I have to go on the website and search for my bill every month because I don't get a paper copy of letters an email since the paperless evidently does not work. So I thought I would try the app but I can't even login because I won't set a pin for my phone, I hate using the pin, I just want to swipe it and I don't want an app to tell me how I have yo use my own phone!

I can't even type my username in without the app changing the letters I had entered, into something else. Every time I type a k, it turns it into a period

This must be the single worst company in the history of American business. I've tried to go with them twice now...getting away from my current overpriced internet provider and both times they've screwed it up so Royally I've had to go back to my old provider. At least with them its straight up larceny. The aggravation of dealing with century link is like trying to wade thru jello while swatting gnats at a lunatic asylum.

I just downloaded the app because i'm always paying my bill online and I hoped that this would be an easier way to do that. I opened the app and entered my account info and it tell me the username or password doesn't exist and I know I am entering the right info. Hopefully this will be fixed so I can use it. It will make it a lot easier for me.

The main reason I got this is because of the bill payer, it's off the screen and doesn't let you continue. It will show you the sum of what you owe and what you wish to pay but you cannot select how to pay. Norton approved pushes it to the side.

Go paperless and still always know what your current bill is and it even has your past bills too! Easy to pay online and if you guys didn't know pay directly through your checking account and you save yourself the $3.50 convenience fee! :) I originally set up everything online at the centurylink website too so my login was easy peasy guys :D

Immediately after signing in I got the error message that something went wrong. This is totally consistent with my years of agonizing experience with this pathetic company. If only I had an alternative provider.

User name is auto populated so only have to assign a password. I assigned a password, got a "nicely done" screen and was prompted to sign on with the password I just created (password was auto populated and displayed asterisks). I tapped sign on and it didn't work. Manually entered my "nicely done" password and it tells me it's incorrect. It is most definitely NOT incorrect. Since I couldn't sign on, I couldn't set up security questions to reset my password, so I'm SOL until customer service opens at 8 a.m.

Bad app, bad service once my two year contract is up. Im so sorry directv but im leaving you too since you want to partner with centurylink. Looks like contour tv and cox internet it will be. Goodbye bullshit!!

The website won't show me my bill. The app won't show me my bill. I'm never at home on my laptop to check my detailed bill. Why can't they just make it easy? This is the only company that doesn't let me get details on my phone! Still can't, even with the update saying that I can.

This app needs a lot of work. It doesn't recognize account numbers, zip codes, username. Use caution, Norton rates this app as medium risk.

The app downloaded and installed with no issues...I think! Made a monthly fees due payment again with no issues. Once I was done and back on the home page I tried to access the "My Services" link I kept getting "Error-Cannot connect please call customer service"! Call them for what, based on other user comments, the app obviously has a few bugs so just did it /for them!

Horrible reception can't hear when someone calls. The only thing that's consistent is the BILLING. Hackers, spam, scams, representing themselves as century link customer service. What ever happened to telephone service that cared more for customers than profit. I want companies to be successful but also to live up to the advertisment that says they're the best service?? Also repair persons who fix And solve the issue of poor reception. I've called for years the last time one person (technical specialist?)

The app seems to never let me login gives a message all the time that they are experiencing technical issues. The WiFi is not very good at all unless you are standing right by it!

Can't log in; says my username or password is incorrect. When I try to answer a security question to reset my password, it just says that required input parameters are empty or blank.
