It is nothing short of remarkable that this app has gone unnoticed by folks. Here we have direct access to high quality textbooks-both classical & contemporary in many fields (though more humanities than the sciences) & while the app is better on a tablet or pc it works just as well with a decent screen in a mobile. ADDENDUM November 2016: Note for Software developers. The App has become somewhat unstable & shuts down unless handled slowly. Younger generation will not have requisite patience.

I love this amazing source of in depth info. I paid for a lifetime subscription 15 or so years ago. Wish I could find the time to make more use of it.

I love it. I no longer have to worry about tests or falling behind in class again. And now I can duo allot of reports easily.

Excellent, I never expected anything like this will ever exist to aid me academically. I was looking for how to rate it 10 but unfortunately, the highest I can rate is 5. I have used more than five different tablets and it has worked fine on them all.

Doesn't save username and password so you have to log in every time you use it. Needs night reading mode. Bones are there though. Update 5/16/2016 It helps if the programmers don't change the API being by an app when working on the webpage because it makes functions on the app stop working like what you were reading last. Don't get me wrong I like the function of keeping locations in multiple recent read books on the website but if done properly both the older and new APIs should be set to co-exist, or plan the timing of all platforms to launch together. Also very nice adding the night mode in the website. I tried to hack it into the app but the webview settings were overridden by the CSS. So getting that on the app would be nice,

I'm very happy to see the ap because I need for my recarch

On my Samsung Tab 2.0 10", the app cuts off the bottom part of every book page. This is the equivalent of taking a table saw and cutting off the bottom few inches of a book, then trying to read it. It's incomprehensible! I contacted customer service about it -- and they were useless. They told me I needed to put it in fullscreen mode -- which I did, and that didn't fix the problem. They also recommended I read the books/articles on my computer, meanwhile the reason I got this service to begin with, was so I could do research on-the-go on my tablet. I e-mailed them several more times with screenshots and very mind-numbingly simple instructions, but I haven't heard back from them. I'm extremely unimpressed, and was thankful I paid through Paypal, so I could open a case and perhaps get a refund. The selection of articles and books was just okay, but with all this ineptitude on every front, I can't wait to go elsewhere with my wallet and my research. What a total waste of my time! Please note that in addition to the issue of pages having parts cut off with books, when viewing articles, the pages don't snap when they turn, so you can end up halfway between pages. Bravo...

Very disappointing - could be a great app

I find that when I leave an article it does not keep the pages is was working / reading and I have to find the location again. It would be good if I could set a place and be able to go to that Page or at least see the I pages. I use my phone so that might be the problem but it is really frustrating losing the page.

I've been waiting for this app for a long time and was really excited when I downloaded it on my Samsung Galaxy tablet. But I could not use it for more than ten minutes, then the highlight function froze, and soon after that the text on the pages disappeared. I tried restarting the app and the tablet but that did not work.

It would be a great app if the school accounts are linked ..not able login using school account

Wonderful program, access to so much research information. A previous user commented that Questia doesn't work on Samsung Tablets, this is not correct. I am using Questia on my Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 and it is working just fine. Love the app and the information I am able to access. Thanks.

I don't have a full questia account, rather a questia schools account. I was hoping this would work on it too. Sadly it doesn't work, please add support for questia schools or make a different app for questia schools. Please do so it would be really cool. Thanks
