I need this app for school but every time I try to log in it says "No Internet Connection " when I have a good Internet connection.

I enter my sign in requirements and a window pops up saying the application has stopped. After 10 attempts I figured the other negative reviews must be valid.

When the app opens, click on "register" under the log in bar, then sign in using the "returning student" options on the right. Worked everything for me

I specifically purchased mindtap reader directly from cengage. I downloaded every app they offer. Not ONE worked..at all..That's bs..tell somebody!!
