Did not like it.

Takes at least 3 hours for any response, if you even get one. The response time is so slow and the app can't be uninstalled, it's like they're trying to troll their customers. Not helpful, not worth the memory space. Bloody awful.

This app needs to be taken down. Its worthless. I texted Cspire on 8/26 & i never got a response. If they do respond, its usually hours later. I have waited 7 hours before for a response and they contacted me at wee hours in the morning. Of course i was asleep. They ended that conversation after me not responding to them within mins. Cspire needs to get it together.

This app really comes in handy. Whenever I need help. I text the app, and get my problem handled quickly.

Ï have attempted to use this system/app several times. Consistently: any real response takes several hours; the respondent has obviously not read the message originally sent, and after my waiting several hours for any kind of response, the request for help is shut down because I didn't respond after as little as 5 minutes, often at 2am to 4am. Further, I can't seem to remove the app. Would give negative stars if I could. I really like Cspire - customer almost 13 years - but this app is worse than useless.

At cell south my phone worked.fine now its always glitching and freezing uninstalling you suck CSpire

I love it its very convenient.Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual 2 answer my questions but other than dat its excellent:-)

Cspires customer service . ........ They need to send every one to tmobles customer service then they might learn some thing.. This is a joke. It wont let you coment with out giving a star.

There is no point to thist feature. Like previous users, I get either no response or responses laced with attitude ..

Instead of calling you can text. Easier and faster way. It also makes cool Smiley's.
