I DSB app kan du købe billetter og kort, se aktuel trafikinformation og afgange.
Du kan købe:

- DSB billetter og DSB Orange til standard og DSB 1’

- Pladsbilletter og Pendlerpladsbilletter

DSB Orange-billetter vises automatisk på de afgange, hvor de er tilgængelige.

Billetter, pladsbilletter og pendlerkort kan købes fra dags dato og op til 2 måneder frem.

I DSB app kan du læse aktuel trafikinformation om kollektiv trafik i Danmark og få en oversigt over afgange fra den nærmeste eller en bestemt station med kollektiv trafik.

Du kan betale med Dankort/VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Debet/VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro og MobilePay. Har din virksomhed en erhvervsaftale med DSB, så kan virksomheden vælge at give dig mulighed for at betale med faktura i DSB app.

Du skal oplyse dit mobilnummer og e-mail for at købe billetter og kort. Når du har indtastet dit mobilnummer får du en SMS med en engangskode. Du skal indtaste koden for at verificere mobilnumret. Din e-mail og dit telefonnummer bliver kun brugt til at sende kvittering på e-mail og kundeservice. På e-mailen står de oplysninger, som du skal bruge, hvis du skal have tilbagebetalt dit køb eller overføre kort til en ny telefon.

Husk at købe din billet eller kort, før du begynder din rejse. Dine billetter og kort kan kun bruges på den telefon, hvor de er købt. Du kan altså ikke videresende billetter og kort. Kort kan dog overføres til andre telefoner.

Tilbud, kampagner og billetter som DSB Minigruppe og DSB Familiebillet, kan ikke købes i DSB app. De skal købes på www.dsb.dk eller i DSB Kundecenter på tlf. 70 13 14 15.

Du kan ikke købe billetter inden for lokale takstområder på Fyn, i Jylland eller på Bornholm.
Særlige pladsbilletter til barnevogne, kørestole og cykler skal købes via tlf. 70 13 14 15.

You can buy:

DSB Orange tickets will automatically appear on the crossings, where they are available.

Tickets, seat reservations and commuter passes can be purchased from today and up to 2 months ahead.

In DSB app you can read current traffic information on public transport in Denmark and get a list of departures from the nearest or a particular station by public transport.

You can pay with credit / VISA credit card, VISA, VISA Debit / VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and MobilePay. Does your company have a corporate agreement with DSB, so the company can choose to allow you to pay by invoice DSB app.

You must provide your mobile number and e-mail to purchase tickets and cards. After entering your mobile number you will receive a SMS with a one-time password. You must enter the code to verify mobilnumret. Your e-mail and your phone number will only be used to send receipt of e-mail and customer service. In the e-mail is the information that you need, if you need to recover your purchase or transfer maps to a new phone.

Remember to buy your ticket or card before you begin your journey. Your tickets and cards can only be used on the phone, where they are purchased. You can not forward the tickets and cards. Maps can be transferred to other phones.

Special offers, promotions and ticket DSB Mini Group and DSB family ticket can not be bought in DSB app. They must be purchased on www.dsb.dk or DSB Customer Center on tel. 70 13 14 15.

You can not buy tickets for local tariff areas on Funen, in Jutland and on Bornholm.
Special reserved seats for prams, wheelchairs and bicycles must be purchased via tel. 70 13 14 15.
DSB reserves the right to discontinue support older operating systems.

The app is limited in terms of country codes for mobile phones which is required when buying tickets. Currently only 11 country codes are supported but not all EU countries. The developers should have thought of a better way to input country codes. I.e rather let users enter it instead of using a limited drop list. When I asked DSB customer service they were not helpful to take this suggestion further. Feedback would be really appreciated!

Such an unqualified, uncmpatible peace of crap, EXACTLY the same as DSB itself. Very slow and showing very useless rute from A to B. Telling you that "the ticket is not valid for the part of journey marked in gray". What the c*** does that means !!!!!!

Hvordan overføres en billet til denne app, hvis den er købt på pc? Det ville være smart, hvis den registrerede alle billetter automatisk vha. email og/eller mobilnummer, som man indtaster under køb.

Appen er sådan set virkelig god. Men så stopper den pludselig med at understøtte den Android som var gængs for to år siden, hvilket jeg opdager på perronen, da jeg skal klippe mit klippekort. Forventer DSB at man skifter telefon hele tiden? I er der for FOLKET. Ikke kun for high tek nørder. Det er ikke godt nok. Derfor bundkarakter.

It is not flexible, you cannot easy plan a trips. One of the most frustrated things is that is does not allows you to check for trains that are leaving 5 to 10 min after the actual time. So if you want to check if you can take a train immediately forget about this app.

The APP does not work. Buying commute card extremely difficult (technical errors all over). Once process finally complete, money withdrawn(using Mobilepay), ready to go BUT no commute card to be downloaded nor a mail/sms confirmation received.

I lost all my information. Can not buy a ticket. App is taking money from my mobilepay. But ticket is not downloading. Plus I lost my ung KORT. And almost had to pay 700dkk of fine. Nothing works after updates. Updates. There was a problem for few hours or days. Not sure. But I got all my money back. And now everything works perfectly.

This app has some way to go before being good. Purchasing commuter cards is probably the most challenging part. The app frequently jams up while trying to find the right stations. I wish there would be a way to add paper commuter cards electronically so that you could register all your tickets on the app account.

Tak for lort og en forsinket afrejse, fordi denne tåbelige app (henover 20 minutters forsøg) ikke holder en meter. Nu finder jeg mig en Gomore-tur i stedet. De kan få en app til at fungere. Inklusiv betaling. Vor Herre På Lokum. Ti minutter efter jeg har opgivet, får jeg så en sms om, at jeg har f****ng billetter til download, åbner app'en og der sker ikke en fis. Nu har det åbenbart også kostet mig penge. Formidabelt.
