Cellcom Visual Voicemail

I hate this app. Don't even get my vm's coming thru. They appear 8 hours later. Because of this issue I missed a important call about a position in applying for. Someone needs to fix this issue. I would like to get my vm's when they're left not 6+ hours later!!!

Slow..... it doesn't send messages or alert a message for hours. Can't stop it very well once started. Works like a call so it interrupts the Bluetooth and then gets stuck there stopping all phone actions. Definitely needs improved or return to the old one. Please

Sometimes my VM messages appear right away. Sometines they show up two or three hours later. Not good when I have important calls from work floating around in Cellcom server and not getting to me. I do like not having to call in to listen to my VM's, when they eventually make it to my phone. This would be a great app if they could fix the delivery issue I'm having.

Additional update: Just got off the phone with Cellcom (Ben- HUGE help). He discovered that if you block the VM text message, you will not receive notifications through the app, which I did because I didn't like to receive app notifications as well as txt notifications. We unblocked the txt message and the notifications from the app returned. Still don't like the txt message, but at least it's working. Bumped my rating to 3 stars. UPDATE: I'm still experiencing terrible notification lag like so many others. Finally got a notification for a VM that was left 14 hours ago!!! And now with the last update, when I play my message, it automatically plays it on speakerphone. Completely unacceptable for messages intended to be private. Cellcom, are you listening to these reviews?

Depressing to look at. Gray. Ugly. Nothing wrong with other one. I don't like to be forced to put a junk app like this one. Hate it. Hate it. Hate it.

A big problem is that you can't block a number from leaving a voicemail. So you can block a number on the phone , it won't ring, just goes right to voicemail... where the person can leave a message. Not good. Then, voicemails won't show up for hours at times. Not good. It does work at times, but is unpredictable.

WHEN I RESTRICT A NUMBER.....WHY IS IT THAT THE NUMBER RESTRICTED CAN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL???? STUPID....SO STUPID. FIX IT. THIS CRAPPY VOICEMAIL MAKES ME WANT TO CHANGE TO A SMART CELLPHONE PROVIDER....SPRINT MADE SURE THE RESTRICTED NUMBERS NEVER GOT THRU. PPL DO HAVE RESTRAINING ORDERS ON PPL WHO CAN DO HARM...FIX THIS

Love this app finally can listen to my voicemails without having to call it! Works great on my HTC One M9!

Ap is so slow and not even close to as good as the old one. Call back feature adds extra steps along with many other issues. Phone just updated so I can't use old ap. This ap is making me think about going to another phone provider.

Turns off bluetooth audio until the program is manually closed. This is a particular problem when you return a call from within the app, and your headphones don't work

I went to cellcom to fix the problem. Thought it was the app turns out my voicemail was getting forwarded to some other number. Problem fix. Thank you

Works well, but why do I get a voicemail notification from the app AND a text message? Can I turn the text message piece off?

This app works great.

Easy to use

I gave it a 1 since 0 was not an option. This app is useless. Takes 5 minutes to try and get 1 VM. Volume is so low you can't hear it. Keeps duplicating VM messages. Can't delete old ones. PLEASE go back to the old one before I need to find a new service provider.

New app has locked me out of all my saved messages. Click on a message and it just keeps loading no matter how long you wait. Only thing it will let me do is delete messages. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app if you have to call to get your messages.

I read the reviews, but thought I'd see if the issues were fixed. They're not. I'm going to keep it tho Cuz it does tell me when I have a message and tells me who left it. So now I know when to check my voicemail.

The old app worked decently, if it was a little slow to load new message. This new app is just pathetically sad. Voice-mail shows up but takes literally 5 minutes to "load", and the sound quality is always poor regardless of the caller. Cellcom customer help line just said they "weren't sure what was wrong" and it "should work fine". Very dissatisfied.

Cannot access my voicemail with this app. It has been three days. Uninsulated and reinstalled. No luck. Never works. Anyone looking into this? Instead of the replies to call customer service to troubleshoot maybe it should be looked into and fixed.

Garbage. First time I tried to use it to retrieve a message, it just spun. Wish I hadn't removed the old app like they said I had to.

I can barely hear my voicemail with volume maxed out....Getting the text message alert is annoying and I can't turn it off...

This is crap I installed tested now it just searches and searches but never finds my message

The only thing that worked was the install. Have voicemail I can't listen to.

Could still use an app. Lock feature like a optional pin or pattern lock

works as it should. Only complaint/suggestion is to give us the option of not receiving a test message that a voice mail was received

Please implement the ability to mark a message "unread" after listening to it. I don't always call people back right away and want to keep the notification that I have a message. Need more sharing options, at least be able to send voice message via text!Lastly, the ability to long press on main screen and select messages to delete. Then you'll have a 5 star app. ;-)

I downloaded this to play my voicemail without having to call and it does that. Simple as that

Like the app, but it takes FOREVER to get notifications. Sometimes never. Unless I actually open the app, which defeats the purpose. Not impressed. Hopefully Cellcom is listening to all these reviews and is working diligently to resolve the many issues of their app.

Late notifications and it won't let me listen to my voicemails at all now, keeps telling me they weren't able to load and I've even tried restarting and shutting my phone off completely and still nothing. Not impressed.

This app does what it sets out to do, which is to allow us to listen to voicemails through a convenient app, and it really is convenient. I wish I was able to export or save voicemails onto my phone or SD card though, as an audio file.

Wish it would stop giving a text message saying I have a voicemail. Don't need two notifications. Also takes a while to load, sometimes doesn't at all.
