This app is easy to understand, simple to use and has a very small memory footprint. Allowing even the entry level android handsets users to install this app easily on their handsets which often have a very low internal memory. Cellpay app had provided huge convenience in terms of ease to top-up and pay bills for NTC. I regularly use this application for self-bill pay, top-up and bill pay for fiends and family at any hour of day or night. :)

Mobile numbers do start with 9677 too .. Fix tat issue..it gives me an error msg "oops numbers should start with 984,994,bla bla bla" tats B.S..B4 developing an app, u should have knowledge abt certain basic things..Crazy F**krzz....;)
