I'd just downloaded the app. When entering details to redeem my rewards, the app says that it had been upgraded to serve me better. I still can't redeem any rewards. Please do not launch an app until it has the major bugs cleared. Very dissapointed that this nonsense is coming from DBS. Appalling.

Cannot add items in cart. After adding items in cart, it won't show up

After filling up the details and press register, its shows 'Web page not available' and 'net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND'. This happens after the latest update. Pls resolve asap.

The latest update is buggy. Unable to load after the spend n redeem page. Pls solve this issue.

Feel like to rate it negative! After scanning the code, it just become very lag! Eventually just tell you time out.

Could not find place to login, how to show my voucher which I had in my old phone. Click around you will lost navigation, back also not working, only way to exit the APP is to force end.

Tried to redeem some vouchers with my points. The app indicated that the redemption was unsuccessful prompting me to try again. After doing so, the same error message appeared. Much to my chagrin, the redemption actually went through twice at the backend. Had to talk to a guy who was very kind to remove the double redemption

I have used my mobile to pay thrice already and got the SMS 3 times with the codes. I managed to redeem and 'win' 3 $5 sheng shiong vouchers. The app then kept crashing and couldn't open up, so I reinstalled it and now all the vouchers are gone. Is there a fix for this for me to get back the vouchers?

Full of bugs. The "Pay with your mobile" also not working. How did DBS set the quality and expectations to the App developer? Did DBS ever try it yourself? I would appreciate to get DBS CEO and CTO to experience it themselves.

Received an sms to redeem gift from the app.. but the app simply hang everytime i click on redeem gift. Didnt make sense at all, getting people to download something that doesnt work. Thats just too silly. What a way to get people to judge the quality of work by a bank.

Lousy piece of app! Very buggy and crashes often. Also careful with changing or resetting your phones. All earned rewards (coupons) will be totally wiped out once you switch or reset the phone. I've also not receive the SMS for some of the qualified spending. This is poorly executed. Based on the reviews here I believe DBS is not doing anything. Google should have a dislike rating than a 5 star scale.

App is frustrating to use! I received an SMS to enter a code for some promo thing but the app just don't work! All 4promo codes no use I received during the promo period, it just don't work! Disappointing and unacceptable.

Coupons saved on individual devices and not linked. If u deleted and reinstall app, coupons are gone. DBS Lifestyle app crashes so often, uninstalling it is the best solution.

Why is it keep crashing? Go and do something about it before you msg your customers to download the app and wasting thier time. Im feeling disappointed and cheated.

I am seeing another App failure development by DBS after a bad encounter using DBSPayLah. This App is difficult to navigate to start with, and if you reinstall the app all previous coupons would just disappear. Also the spend $15 sure-win promo is not stable. I received my SMS for the first two spend and now after many days still waiting for the 3rd SMS to arrive. Instead of making customers happy with promo, it seems to create angry customers. Please make an effort to improve.

Here the step to claim the Pay With Mobile SMS code. 1. Press "Pay With Mobile" picture 2.On the top right beside the word Challenge, there is red color "Enter Code", press it 3. Enter the redeem code from your SMS 4. Choose from 8 of the gift box picture and you done

This app is a case study in bad ux and terrible programming. Quite an embarrassment to all who do apps out there.

Upon enter. It crashes and crashes and crashes. .. no exit icon . Very badly design. Messy. Pls fix. I am using S7 edge latest version already.

My time and transpo wasted because i cannot redeem the cable car coupon. Invalid QR code! I have raised this incident to the customer service, wasnt resolved!
