Celebrity Cruises

If you do a search for a cruise, no results are shown. Forget about making modifications to an existing cruise, you can't even browse or book a new cruise. It honestly would have been better to not have an app than to release one that offers absolutely nothing to the user except frustration. Whoever coded and approved this should be fired.

There is no fuctionality. You can see your reservation but that is about it. The only reason it is not rated lower is because some phantom reviewers are giving it 5 stars.

Sure, there have been a lot of negative reviews, but it cannot be all that bad...... Installed it a couple of days ago, have tried to use it a few times but it has not worked once yet. Celebrity, pull your app until it can be functional. It should be an embarrassment to your company that you put something out that is so crappy.

Buggy and lacking useful functionality. It's a shame my favorite cruise line can't provide a worthwhile app.

Celebrity's 2.1 rating and Royal Caribbean 3.7 rating. What's up with your mobile app development team? Revitalize and reinvent. 24 cruises to date with RCCL & Celebrity so I DO have a clue. Website version is spot on, mobile version has lots of work to be done. Hence, you'll notice I've not sailed Royal or Celebrity for over 12 years, that should speak volumes.

After reading the bad reviews, I decided to give it a try anyway. Have just uninstalled. It's completely useless. After trying to search for a known cruise and being forced to give more detail than it needed, it could not find it's own cruise. Come on, Celebrity. Your website is not that good, especially when viewed on a phone or tablet, at least give us a working Android app. Did you not even beta test before releasing? Completely unacceptable.

Once the count down is done, it only tries to sell you future cruises. Didn't help me in the ship at all.

Don't release an app if you can't do anything with it. I could not do anything except see my cruise. Also, I could only see one cruise for each location. I deleted it already.

No useful info to help shop or book a cruise. . Note to Celebrity: It's 2016. Get with it!!

Clicked on Bahamas and tried search. No results come up on Galaxy S5 no matter what I select. Going to Royal Caribbean and trying their app.

Hey Celebrity! I have a cruise booked with you. It would be a lot of fun if I could find that cruise on this app, and see shore excursions and other amenities which APPLY TO MY CRUISE, instead of a catalog of loosely organized excursions which often don't even describe where they are or when they are available. It would be cool if I could see an excursion I liked, and maybe ADD IT TO MY ITINERARY (or even just "SEE CRUISES OFFERING THIS PACKAGE")... Or maybe manage the ones I've already purchased through your website. Or, you know, SEARCH BY KEYWORD for shore excursions, so I can watch to see if that Grand Turk SNUBA Adventure I missed, suddenly becomes briefly available o I can snap it up. This app is a great brochure - "Look at our pretty boats, look at the fun things which might be available" - but people don't install apps in order to BE SOLD things, they use apps to manage things the have ALREADY BOUGHT - like the cruise itself. How about you take responsibility for this app away from your marketing department, give it over to customer service, and rethink it as the "CELEBRITY CRUISES CONCIERGE App"

No results come up when you do any kind of search

Needs quite a bit of work to become useful. Not a huge fan of the permissions.

Please add deck plans and make them and booked cruises available offline.

If it was possible to give this thing 0 stars I would. I have never installed and uninstalled an App that fast in my life. Completely useless tot he cruising public and even more useless to someone with a reservation. Why show me my booked reservations if I cannot access them nor see any other info otehr than I am booked. Why shoe me excursions for every destiniation , and why aren't the excursion sorted/filtered by location. Also no deck plans or specific ship information, come on Celebrity a child could have scraped your site and come up with something more useful.

Didn't find my cruise I'm already booked for. Wasn't a speedy app. Not easy to navigate. All around poor. Needs work.
