CEIVA Snap

In addition to the Ceiva frame, I also have a nixplay frame. The nixplay app allows me to select multiple pictures at one time to send to their frame. The Ceiva app will only allow me to send one picture at a time, and then crashes after every single picture. It is simply awful. I wish both of my frames were Nixplay frames.

This new version rarely is successful in sending my pictures to my frame. Hate it.

Lousy. No reset password link on the sign in page.

The original version of this app was much better. I am able to select photos but delivery is another story. Not good when the whole premise of the frame is via wifi. Please revert back to the old app or fix this one. We have 2 sets of Grandparents who cannot get any new photos!

Will not open! Paying a lot of money for something that does not work. Own two Ceiva's. Not going to renew subscriptions.

Can send pictures about 5% of the time. The rest of the time it either crashes or gets stuck on the first photo. How hard can this be?!!

Won't upload anything.went through all the trouble to update set up account and nothing...

App not working anymore

Needs fixed, seems like others have said since last update, app will not work. Glad to see you're trying to finally get everything in one location though instead of just being able to upload, now I can access everything on the app. Before I can only upload, and had to go to an actual PC to edit anything on the frames.

I can't open the app at all since the update, so I can't upload any of my pictures. Force closes. Why mess with something that worked perfectly before?? Please FIX!!

Anytime I select a photo to send the app force closes and refreshes into the same loop.

Can not go back to home page on my phone.. have to restart phone..have to log in evertime...can't delete photo..

Sends me right to settings and no other screen or options available.

Unable after trying to login via Facebook

Wish you could select multiple pics. When I tried to download the app to older android tablet could only do it through Facebook.

Wish I could do some editing in this mobile app like I can on the website!

Doesn't work

This app was working great until I sent photos back to back. My phone immediately froze up and now it only works when it wants to and all of my stuff is gone with a continuous message of mounting sd card...

Was not able to sign in.

This was a Christmas present for my mother. This app makes send her new photos so much easier.

I think if you should link with facebook. I should be able to just go right into the application. I should have my name show up at the start page to use the application. It makes hard when you don't know your password to link up with facebook.

My galaxy s5 gives an error message each time I try to send a picture. The tech support staff knows of this issue, but still charges me for a product that does work. Shame on you.

Would be better if you had the option the personalize pictures sent with date or description of photo

App is pretty bad. I think that you should really be able to create yuppie own account even if you don't have a Ceiva frame so that you can send it to others. ALSO, you should be able to select multiple pictures at a time instead of just sending one at a time. That is so annoying.

Unreliable for something which should be so simple.

Every time I attempted to send a picture to my mother and cousins photo frame I get an error message that says snap has stopped. Please help me fix this problem I am getting very frustrated. I have deleted the Ceiva app from my phone and reinstalled it thinking that that would help but it did not change anything.

I use it daily to send pictures to my mother who lives in Massachusetts from my home in Florida.

Have an LG G3 and every time I select a photo it says "ceiva has stopped working"

I have this on a tablet and a phone and it crashes everytime I try to use it in either device.

Just tried it; it seems to work, but it DESPERATELY needs "batch" modes for selecting and uploading photos. Having to go back into the gallery, scroll down to wherever you were, select the next photo, "upload later" and then back into the gallery again is a real pain if you're trying to catch Grandma up on a couple months' worth of baby pictures. Also: when uploading a batch of photos, ONLY NOTIFY ME WHEN THEY'RE ALL FINISHED (or if one/more fails). Do NOT post a separate "Uploaded!" notification for EVERY PHOTO.

Very easy to use, leads me to use my Ceiva even more now.

Great app. So easy to use. Ceiva you did a great job with this app.
