You have to use the wifi generated by the Pal Touch equipment. Go to settings and choose the PalWiFi. It won't work off of your home wifi.

I cannot get this to control my lights, remote works, app does not

As with the everyone else does not work no instructions to connect. Tried on 3 different devices. Poor App. Finds the Pal WiFi but does not connect. Does nothing.
