CSA aims to offer a solution to service providers like Lawyers, CA Firms, Doctors, etc. This app will help them to manage their client's and cases of each client. They can also manage other stuffs like Team members, Case related documents, Contacts/Address & Media links (Youtube links only).

CSA application also helps the customers of service providers to manage all their cases and get recent updates on a particular case.
System will notify them whenever there is any update in regards to their case.
They can also contact their case handlers via email or call and get the updates directly.
