إن هذا النظام مخصص لتبليغ الدفاع المدني اللبناني عن اي طارىء او حادث امني قد يصادف المواطنين على كافة الأراضي اللبنانية. يتيح النظام امكانية التبليغ الاولي في الحالات الطارئة على وجه السرعة كما ويتيح للمستخدم امكانية تحميل صورة عن الحادث و اضافة معلومات مفصلة لاحقا والبحث عن بلاغات سابقة. يجدر التنبيه ان المعلومات الشخصية التي يسجلها المستخدم عند تشغيل النظام للمرة الاولى يتم ارسالها مع البلاغ ولا يتم استعمالها لاي أغراض أخرى خارج نطاق عمل الدفاع المدني. لا يجب استخدام النظام لازعاج جهاز الدفاع المدني ببلاغات كاذبة او لغير الاهداف المخصص لها تحت طائلة المساءلة القانونية This system is dedicated to the Lebanese Civil Defense Report for any emergency or security incident may coincide citizens on all Lebanese territory. The system allows the possibility of the first notice in emergency situations quickly and also allows the user to download a copy of the incident and added detailed information later and search for previous reports. It should be alert to the personal information recorded by the user when the operation of the system for the first time is sent with the author and are not used for any other purposes outside the scope of the work of civil defense. You should not use the system to inconvenience a civil defense communications from false or non-targets allocated to it under penalty of legal accountability
