This app represents a financial institution. And app is ridiculous. You can exit app after you log off. I am using latest phone with latest Android powered system. Overall poorly designed app. Often not functional. As financial institutions you should invest in creating decent app. Change the design team! It's 21st century for Pete's sake!

Where is the finger print reader? Every other financial/banning app I use has one...

Express shot does not work

First the good: this app does most of what I'm looking for in a banking app, a quick way to view my account activity and a quick peek at my dividend eligibility. All in all its exactly what I need. The bad: I'll agree with everyone here, express shot doesn't work, you can't really use this app to deposit checks. Hopefully they'll get it fixed. Until then you can use Paypal to then transfer the funds to your account, or if your like me you have a different bank account you can use from a major bank like Discover and then send the money over. There are a lot of other options out there that are free and work fine.

Forced update? Won't answer emails or reviews. added even more intrusive things. Now want device call history ability to see what numbers you've converted to. access to device history including Bowser, microphone, and so many other personal intrusive things that I've forgotten. No thank you. Guess it's time to stick to the web.

The app is good outside the mobile deposit. The mobile deposit/expressshot is beyond a disaster, will reject your check picture endlessly, but you don't know until you complete the whole process just to try again.

This app crashes constantly. I had stopped using it for a while but when I went back to it I quickly remembered why I stopped. The, few and far between, times it does work it's great.

It does what I need it to do. I am able to check the balance of all of my accounts (checking/savings/etc.) and more importantly I was able to successfully use the ExpressShot feature. In other words, I was able to do a mobile check deposit by taking a picture of the check. Not only did this work flawlessly, but the check was processed almost instantly and the additional funds were available for use. The user interface looks outdated, but I haven't run into any functional issues yet. I give this app 4 stars for the outdated appearance of the app as well as the belief that EVERYTHING can always be better/improved.

I downloaded this app only to make deposits. This feature worked for me ONE time and never again!! What's the point of offering this option only to not have it fulfill its purpose??? Please fix this feature CCU!

For the last year, the Express Shot camera has been mirroring the image. Super annoying. Fix it already. It's been forever.

Why do I have to create new passwords everytime I login? It's stupid and redundant!

The main menu tends to pop up when ever scrolling on an acct. Going back and forth is getting annoying

Y the F do you need access to my microphone, app history, call history, pictures, and so on. This bank blows ever since it converted from premier to consumers. Apps been shyt for years and it just got worse. I loathe big banks, but not as much as this 1.

Fairly straight forward. Easy to read design. Wish the app handled CCU credit card inquiries without transferring to a Web-based system.

Paying a bill has been turned Into a simple 11 step process. #SAD!

Wish there was a way to exit out after logging off.

It took weeks to finally get the account up and running. My husband has spent HOURS on the phone and live chatting with representatives to try to resolve all the issues. Then, we were told the Xpresshot problems have been isolated and back in service the next day. Nope, doesn't work. Funny how Chase and Bank of America never had theses problems. If you don't want my money, just tell me. You don't have to make it this difficult.

What happened to Xpress Shot? It was available one time when I downloaded the app and after trying and being unsuccessful the link to that function is now gone. I uninstalled and re-installed the app hoping this would help but there was no difference. Is it fixed and will it be available again?

The description of the app says it has a feature allowing check depositing, but the app itself doesn't at all. Pictures and descriptions on the credit unions website very misleading. That was the only reason I downloaded this.

The app shows I had $2 available in my checking so I made a purchase of $1.61 then I get a $10 negative charge? !?! Note to others is this is a inaccurate app and with that said. Consumers my middle finger salutes you

For people having issues with the eXpress Shot Feature and getting the error message stating that the photo doesn't meet their quality image standards. I found it very helpful to back the camera AWAY from the check. For the longest time I tried fitting the check between the borders but decided to pull the camera back and only then the check deposited into my account. You want to make sure the check fits into the preview image that appears after you take your photo. Hope this helps! The app overall seems to do exactly as it states, haven't really tried it out completely yet but I thought I'd try helping out people who were having issues with the photo deposit feature since that looks like the biggest complaint in the reviews.

I got this app solely to make deposits. When using Express Shot, it keeps telling me the picture of my check did not meet their image quality requirements. I can even tell the images look clear and well-lit in the thumbnail.

I agree with everyone else the express shot to deposit stinks. When I first installing the app it did not appear then after a phone call it magically appeared! For a week now we have been trying to deposit checks. We were told to take a picture of the error message and someone would correct the problem. That has been 2 days ago with no reply. Thanks a bunch CCU-Il.

Changed my review after months of awful express shot...Just awful. I've tried literally everything and it still sucks. Original review can be found below The focus for express shot is a disaster, its impossible to get a clear image. It should have the option to focus it and then take the picture

The biggest draw of apps like this are the deposit features. It used to work (works on my galaxy s3) and now it won't even take any pictures I snap (galaxy s5).

Clicking on a credit card to view recent transactions open a link in a browser.
