Used to be able to view using wifi and mobile data... Now after updating to the new version... Can only view using wifi and not mobile data.... Disappointed

Works with my IP cam (manufacturer said use this app) however it destroys my battery in the background when the app is not in use. Developers please fix the excessive battery drain and target android 8.0 APIS!

This app keye and also the V380S "was" great and I gave it a 4.5 star... "TILL" the last update.. This app now FORCE Starts Up in the background every 10-15 minutes even though I have gone into the settings of the app and physically FORCE Stop it several times but it just keep Force starting in the backround... Apart from it being VERY ANNOYING it's also Draining my battery and always activating (With out My Permission) the Microphone to be recording what ... ?? My phone Conversations or/and the the areas I am surveillancing..?? The Only reason I'm aware of this is cause my phone has the ability to note to me when app are misbehaving... Same is said for 2 other Chinese apps... the V380 & V380S are both doing the exact same thing... Like I said it was a 4.5 star app but now it a less than 1 star app... To the Developer: change this issue and I will write a 4.5 star review ...

After the lastest update everything cant work, wifi or mobile all become useless cannot view at all, what happening????? The developer doesn't work on it!!!!!

After software upd, cannot do remote viewing at all! Wifi or 4G , both cannot work. Please fix it.

Before is OK. After update Use data can't online. use wifi Somtime can online. Why getting worst??

Just bought the camera. Used for like few days and it don't work anymore

It works perfectly in WNC-01 IP CCTV Wireless Network Camera WIFI Home Monitor Camera with Smartphone Alerts and App Set-Up. But 4 days later it suddenly cant connect to wifi. I tried wifi hotspot and it worked but suddenly it cant connect as well. I have to remove it to where I installed it so I can use LAN cable and it works. Wifi is preferable due to location of cctv so I have to reset it to check if I can possibly use Wifi again but sad to say I cant anymore. I have to let go of this app bec its frustrating though I really like using it soo much. If you can help me fix well thats really great

It's so helpful and very useful application instead of bulk expenses of CCTV installation. Everything is fine and specially the features of motion detection is makes me tension free and keep free of mind. Everyone can leave your home/offices or any building upon trust of this application and device.

Good but can you make exporting of video more smooth? The one i watch and the one i downloaded have different sound. Would give 5 star once fix. Also maybe have alarm setting as well? Like motion detection for specific timing

I could t add a camera. it would start and flip right back to the camera page. So once again... another let down. not one camera app So far has done what is says.

after wanted to update the camera firmware, the camera cant be use anymore, donno what happen coz there is no notification or something that show the firmware is updating, plus my house suddenly blackout for 15min and the camera, anybody can help me, trying to reset but no result....

Why dont you give the option to see four(4) camera at a time with small windows at a t Time

Everytime the camera boot up the lens/head moves which changed the user desired position/angle of the lens/head. Please STOP movement upon boot up on the next firmware update.

The software app keye is not showing the third option for connecting the camera with wifi option. Pls suggest some other app to install and connect the camera with.

The app don't allow to view over mobile network though its on lte network

After the last update even the IR is off its all black and white! Fix it!
