On the app side, it doesn't let you go back to your current ride if you go to another menu option. Operationally, my driver didn't know how to use it. It wasn't clear if the app had paid or tipped so I had to pay in cash. Even when I got the receipt, it had a blank for the tip and said payment method was in cab (driver had already cleared meter.) Hope I didn't pay twice.

The app did not work for me. I filled out the Profile, had my phone number verified and then... "Unfortunately Red Top Select has stopped". If you want to compete with Uber, the app needs to be rock-solid.

Better experience than Uber, with easy prebooking. My cabbie understood that it's the last best chance to stay competitive and was super courteous and prompt. App should add ride rating. Minor annoyance that geo view rescales every time cab moves.

Difficult to set time for pickup. And if you "Book for Later" it shows you cabs near your address now. Why show cabs near my address if I'm reserving a taxi for 3 days from now? Really amateurish app. What a pity.

Booked a ride from Arl to DC; the driver overshot even after I asked him to take a more direct route. And now I'm stuck tipping the jerk. Uninstalling.

Difficult to set time for pickup

2nd update..3 months still Broken. Update. 2 months later APP is Still completely broken. Do Not use. Asks for CITY in the pickup location. but it blanks it out every time you enter it and submit.
