It used to be great but now requires that you put the name of your city and then wipes it out every time you submit. Completely useless. I've complained about it multiple times and no one takes action all I get is another app in which the tip is preset and they want to charge me $5 if I have to cancel my trip. There's a reason why Uber continues to win my business

This app was fine years ago. Now it insists that I ads City and State and then refuses to accept my address and always sends the cab to my neighbors house no matter what I try to do to fix it. So I end up scheduling with Uber instead.

This was working fine before (and probably would have rated it higher)-- now it's useless. Every time I try to get it "find" me it asks to include a city. When I add a city into the address, it wipes it away and goes back to the drawing board. And the app crashes if you repeat a trip.

I used to use this app all the time but now it sucks ass. Every time I enter my address,l the app wipes the city then asks me to specify the city. No matter how many times i enter the correct address it keeps wiping out the city.

The company is great. The app was very good but it is worthless because it requires entering a city but deletes anything you enter. When it worked, it was an excellent app and provided everything you needed.

Pitiful. I could not get the airport destination to "set" and was recommended to call the company. The company itself is very prompt and reliable.

It never was good, but it is totally useless now as you can't enter a pickup point or a destination!!

Agree with recent feedback, the app no longer works. Wipes-out pickup city, rendering app useless

Unable to use at all. Does not sstore the city entered and will not let you move on without it.

When you look to book a cab, the app shows many cabs within a few blocks. If you book a cab, it is usually miles away. Just be honest about who is available.

If so, it doesn't. I called the dispatcher to confirm and the cab still didn't show up.

I waited over 35 minutes. I booked initially called through the app and was told cab 44. I called 20 minutes later and was told that it's a minutes out, then get a text right after the call that cab 257 is less than a minute away. I call 15 minutes later and this person says that cab 71 is 5 minutes away and can't confirm the previous cab numbers. A failure with the app and their call center and perhaps the drivers. Thruout my wait, i saw 6 cabs go by including the one that picked me up. Looking elsewhere .

Made a reservation for the next day and even called to confirm they got my reservation, the cab came 20 mins later on the same day I made my reservation, so I had to go outside and tell the driver I didn't know why they sent him out,later I got a message saying my reservation was cancelled and the passenger didn't saw.

this was working before. But now when i try and reserve, it states that i need to add zip code. there is no field for 'zip code', and if i try and add it to the 'city and state' field, i also get an error... any tips???

Simply put this app is not good. You can request a cab, but it will randomly cancel your request, without telling you. Use Taxi Magic.

When the app works its great, yesterday I placed a order after getting off work and they cancelled my trip 2 before I got a cab sent to me. I waited a 1 hr and 15 just to get home on a 10 minute drive. This morning I placed the order 40 mins before having to be somewhere which is another 10 mins.. trip got cancelled again on its own, not notifying me or anything. I will be atleast 10 mins late. Before I had great experiences with this app.. but I'm starting to see its not dependable!

I never used the app so I can't say if it is good or not. The app is based on SMS. I was hoping for something slicker than that. I will just call instead and talk to a live person. Uninstalled.

Looks like a beta app. Taxi Magic is much superior and allows for Red Top Cab bookings.
