One bug.....it allows you to book a trip in the past. It allowed me to mistakenly select 7:00a.m. (intended 7:00p.m.) pickup time, when it was already after 1p.m. Dispatch sent a driver immediately for pick up. Caused confusion.

Works great! Easy to request a trip and schedule for later. Loved the push notices telling my ride was on the way and when it arrived! Dispatch also called to confirm push notices. Dispatch was especially friendly. Love this app!

It wasn't entirely intuitive for me to use the first time. Not a huge deal though. Driver went to the final destination for some reason first before coming to pick me up. It apparently indicated that I requested a wheelchair accessible taxi when I decidedly did not. Liked the push notifications.
