(Tank psi - safe residual pressure (200 psi)) x tank constant pressure (.16 for a D tank, .28 for an E), ÷ flow rate in LPM. After checking the math against this app the app always have a longer amount of time left by a pretty big margin. I don't know if they forgot the residual pressure or the constant pressure factors, but this is pretty off.
