New app is slow and can't make deposits anymore needs fixing

App is ridiculously slow ever since the update.

I wish they would go back to the manual photo taking for deposits

Fix the broken mobile deposit already!

Could not access banking services while abroad, very inconveniencing!

Dont have Android Pay, Samsung Pay. Heck even apple pay. Other CU's also allow you to log into your app via fingerprint. Cccu is really poor when it comes to moving foward and it shows.

I used to deposit our checks electronically, now the app stops every single time! It looks as though I'm not the only one having this issue. Please FIX!!!!!

It's been a nice app, but I'm not on board with unexplained permissions being added under the guise of "bug fixes". Please be more considerate.

I like this app a lot except whenever I try to deposit a check the app shuts down. Every single time for over a month.

App won't allow me to deposit a check as of recent. Just started this BS. I liked the app but now it's just pissing me off

I love the mobile banking app but since the latest update the quick access doesn't work

Wish there was a pie chart to show spending habits monthly to track better spending so I wouldn't need another app. for that. Also why is it so different from the apple version? Some of my purchases show up with nothing and on the iPad it has a perfect description as to what and when it was purchased.

Like the app for the most part. But have found that when I travel, especially internationally it will not connect. Have been trying for over a week and all I get is a connection failed message.

Error codes all the time. "Login failure", yet I go to the website on my laptop and no problems. Called the branch to see if there is a lock on my acct..no. It is the app that is the failure. Please fix.

Please return to old app. I can't stand this one. It doesn't tell me where the purchase was made, just says electronic purchase. It doesn't tell me current balance, just the available balance. It's harder to go thru the current deals section too. Hate is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel about this app!

When it works.. Great.. When it doesn't which is often & #&$%!!!

Just wish that it would show the payment due date for credit cards like it does for loans.

Update made it less user friendly, unstable and glitchy

Installed it a few months ago and worked great the first time on 2 checks...just tried it today and keep getting a repeated 'Connection Failed' error. Uninstall and reinstallation do not work...I have a very strong Wifi signal in my home...don't like this updated version! Wish I could get the old version back...

I like the old version of this app never had any problems depositing a check. New version app stop unexpectedly everytime a take a picture of a check while trying to deposit. Bring old version back or fix new version app.

EVERYTHING I do is electronic. The old version of the app used to post instantly. Now all I get is NaN. For days. It's electronic, it should be instant. Wish I could still use the old version. That one worked instantly. Fire the programmers, and make it better than the old one. Not worse.

Says that connection failed even though I have full wifi access. Even without wifi and just using my 4G it says the same thing. Please fix!!!!!

Even after I moved out of the cities I still use cccu. They are the best cu on the planet. The app works very well and if very functional. UPDATE 9/14/15: I haven't lived in the cities for over 4 years now and I still use this app for all my banking. Cccu did will with this app. Keep up the good work I look foreword to the update coming out!

Every time I install this app it doesn't work! The second I login it'll log me out and say that I must not have been logged in and that my session timed out when I CLEARLY JUST LOGGED IN. Does anyone have this problem as well?? So frustrating!

I can't believe that it was working fine before the new update and now the check deposit focus simply works 24% of the time, pictures are blurry! Samsung Note 4.

I'm having issues just logging in. It's not my Internet connect because I have full bars and have no connection issues with any other apps. Outside of this issue, I like the app (when I can get on).

With the most recent update the camera focus works again on the HTC One M8. Changed my rating to 5 stars!

Since the last update the camera has been focusing only 50 percent of the time. Samsung s4.

The latest update causes my camera not to focus on checks anymore! It worked fine until that! Fix and it'll get 5 stars again.

The mobile check deposit and quick access to accounts are wonderful.
