Crashes when taking photos in Android Oreo.

Works pretty well, just wish the handoff between wifi and 4g was smoother, sometimes I'll be just out of range of wifi and I'll have to retake photos, or I'll see a bunch of red X's instead of my pictures kind of a pain. Image compression is pretty bad too, I'll have a perfectly focused picture of damage but it'll be a blurry mess once I see it on the PC, lots of artifacts. But I understand CCC doesn't have NSA level data storage. Also wish search was the same as on PC - can't search for a vehicle by model, typing "Camry" for example won't pull up anything, but "Toyota" will. Also you can't open up a new assignment or workfile without first opening it on the PC, saving it, then restarting the app.

Wish to see it improve, adding picture is great. Like to see a a tab on new assignments..like to see how many before going to work.....lol

Great app! Can upload multiple pics at once and the search system performs exceptionally well. I do, however, wish that I could scroll left and right rather than touch the icons. It would also be nice if I could see the estimate from my phone. Other than that it's very good and I'd recommend it to other estimators.

This app made my life so much easier at work! Love it. Now we just to be able to actually write an estimate on the app.

Top notch and you can upload multiple photos..

I like the idea of the app to add photos straight to the file , however many times the photos show up in the file as large red X's. This can be a huge pain when being in a rush. Many times I've had to delete photos taken from the app and retake them with a camera and upload via desktop. Huge pain in the rear.

Love the app & have been using it daily since i became an estimator, however the last update broke the ability to update vehicle status on Samsung Galaxy S7.

batch photo uploading finally works

Had issues adding multiple pictures from my phones library. CCC Rep. Called and cleared some thing up for me. I use a samsung phone (S8+) When you click on the photos tab click on the plus at the top right of the screen. Now when it asks camera or library select library. Now it should give you options at the bottom(gallery, photos, or what ever apps you have on your phone) do NOT select the gallery from samsung, select photos(google photos from the app store if you don't have it installed, it's free) when you open that app it shows the dots at the top of the photos. Select as many photos as you want to add then select done to add. Not all android devices have the samsung gallery program on them but a cross platform app that is native to android and works on all phones is what CCC has selected to be the default program(google photos). You can add multiple photos from this app. you have to do it from the photos app not the gallery and select all photos in camera....... I would give it five stars as well if you could adjust your estimate or even see the estimate. its only a resource tool to see contact info, add pics and change or see your repair plan phase. over all its a good source for photos and that's about it......... Please update to be able to at least see estimate please!!!!!

I'm using my Samsung S8+ and I can add photos from the gallery but it won't allow me to access the camera even though I have it set to access the camera and gallery. A fix for this would be helpful

I'd give it 5 if you could select multiple photos at the same time to upload to the file. The iphone version has had that feature. If your coder(s) can't handle that for android, fire them and find new coders. Simple fix, which just shows a lack of effort.

I am not able to manually enter a VIN ... Wouldn't this be basic app feature? The Ipad version allows manual vin entry...why not the droid version?

It's neat that you can scan the VIN and take pictures, but I think for $400+ a month you should at least be able to view estimates and part sheets

I have it both for an IPhone and for Samsung note and I wish that they would make the same for both as far as features such as fingerprint login for android and not crash so much

I downloaded the app to my Samsung galaxy thinking I would be able to at least start an estimate when a customer came in but as far as I can tell I am only able to input the vin #, customers name & info and take pictures. I can not even view an estimate for a customer. Am I missing something or is this all there is to this app??

Nice for pictures and customer contact info, but lacking parts and labor info. Working in the parts department, it would be nice to be able to view assigned tech or parts awaiting arrival, no need to change such, just view. Otherwise not nearly as useful as it could be.

Working in the parts department for my shop, this app is basically useless. There needs to be access to the parts area and this none. Doesn't feel like there was a lot of effort or thought put into this imo.

I dont understand why you cant attach multiples photos at once like you can with the apple version. That should be added ASAP

It would be very nice to be able to completely check in a car, example entering the vin while I'm at the car so I don't have to come back inside to finish my job. So far the App is good for taking pictures, POI, and some basic info. It would also be nice to start an estimate.

Works great at the shop I work at. Would be better if it also worked with CCC comp-est then I could get my old shop to use it to.

Keeps saying session expired after putting in vin code. uninstalled

I have issues with photos being uploaded to computer . On computer im unable to view photos on computer

You can't search for a customer by RO# only by name, but other guys in the shop that have only iphones can, must be a problem with android cause I'm not the only one with this same issue

This app for Android will not access my camera. I have contacted CCCOne via email and they told someone would be in touch that was 9 days ago and still no response

It would be nice to have access to more than just the photos. That is about all this app is good for, is pictures.

Love the app but it desperately needs a parts tab.

It's convenient. But creates a new customer every time you start an estimate rather than prompting for an existing customer. Makes for multiples of the same customer on the desktop version. It's a pain when you do a lot of dealer work.

App would be a little more user friendly if you could up load multiple pictures to a file

The process of taking photos is very slow. It would be much faster and far more convenient if you could take multiple photos at the same time or add multiple photos from the gallery at the same time. Is it also possible to be able to add and scan a vin to an existing opportunity? Also, seeing the $$ in each job is beneficial too.

My shop would really appreciate if we could use one touch on android and not just windows

I want more capabilities in the software, to do some basic editing of an existing estimate. Higher quality pics.
