Small Group Leader

This app initially worked ok. Now when I need to edit attendance, it changes the quantity significantly. For example, if my current attendance is 85 people, I edit to mark 2 additional people present, it changes the quantity to 139 (and vice versa). I have uninstalled and re-installed with no improvement. I have an LG G4 phone.

After logging on, a page with no function other than a link to open an instruction page in my browser came up. I can't get past it. It makes the app totally useless.

After logging onto my church's site and noticing it's set up like mobile apps are, and seeing is powered by CCB, I searched for this app, but it's only for leaders, how soon til there's an app for regular site members?

Not sure what is up with this. I am a leader in five or six groups. Only two show up on the app. Any ideas?

Upgrading my rating to five stars after CCB made changes! Now the app works great on Android. If you're a main or assistant leader of a members interact group (and can update participants' contact info), this is a terrific communications tool. Now, the only thing that I'm wishing the app had is functionality to send group Twexts... [Update on 9/9/2016: CCB has added the functionality to text your group! Thanks!]

Bug fix appears to have worked. Now able to launch when not connected to wireless. Thank you!!!

Does not take my user id

This app is a great start! However, it does not quite meet the needs of my staff. I'd love to see calendar management be accessible from this app. I'd also like to see multiple profiles be able to be logged in simultaneously. Or it'd be nice to have some additional functionality on the main software to negate the need for multiple log-ins. I'd be happy to talk with CCB about what I mean. There have to be a lot of people looking for this, even if they don't know it yet.

I'm having the same issue...when going back into the app to edit an attendance record, when I scroll down the page of names, when it refreshes to load more names, it ends up checking all people in the group in. So attendance would go from 30 to 160 for example. Used to work fine until the previous two updates. Help! Would rate it much higher if it worked.

This is the type of thing CCB needs to continue developing and rolling out for their church clients. Great job CCB. It's a little buggy but not too terrible.

I am the master admin and the group leader of several CCB members interact groups with contact details shared. I can successfully log in and see those groups, yet I get an error message when I attempt to do anything more. Buggy app on Android; have heard from others that the app works better on the iPhone. Will wait until an updated version is available before I'll recommend that our church's group leaders download & use this app.

Need more apps like this for CCB

I downloaded this app super excited to finally have something to help track youth group attendance. However, the app doesn't tell you how to sign up. Only after submitting an email to developer support, then following a link in the response, and watching a video, did I find out that the church has to be a customer to be able to use this app. Would have saved me quite a bit of time had this been in the app description. Hope this helps some others :-)

Cannot get groups to show up in the list. Our CCB Admin is the leader of many groups and not one of them showed up for her. Not posting what settings gs need to be set to make the application work. It was not clear. Seems like a great concept though.
