At Stoney the Fishmonger we have worked extremely hard to provide quality cooked & fresh seafood to the people of Toowoomba.

Between our supplier relationships & weekly trips to the Brisbane fish markets we receive fresh product more than 5 times per week. Fish, crustaceans & oysters are all processed on site to provide our customers with a seafood experience that is normally only available on the coast!

Our takeaway cooked seafood is prepared in our own style the way that we would want to eat it ourselves. Simple recipes where the seafood is the star. We cook in rice bran oil to make the experience a little more healthy & we grill fish for those who would prefer that option. We also make our own seafood salads, coleslaw, prawn sandwiches & crab sandwiches.

Our family business remains flexible enough to cater for most customer requests from corporate platters of hot & cold seafood to larger orders for our many wholesale customers. Stoney the Fishmonger supplies some of the finest restaurants in Toowoomba.
