Small Text Editor for Android
App seems OK. But is there anyway to hide file and reopen with password method. Now even if it is saved, it can be read by any one who can just click the app. Otherwise the app is useless
Works better than most text editors. Needs a little improvement but still a good app. Can't wait for update
Menu button should not be necessary.
I can't find the option button to open and save text. It seem only for phone with option button.
Impossible to use.
Website does not exist. There is no interface for opening and saving files or changing settings.
How do you save files etc? No menu!
Great app, low resource use & does exactly what it says it does.
Nice app for notetion
Not fancy or loaded with options but small, simple and works great. 5 stars not enough. Thanks author for an ad free great text tool. ROCKS! Some people would gripe if you gave them a $1,000 bill. They would complain about it being hard to find change. Try it.. Could be a little more user friendly though.
I have used this app on 2 previous tablets and 2 phones. My only problem was the default colors. That was easily changed on my other devices. But the Galaxy Tab S2 does not display the menu, so this text editor is hard to read.
I "auditioned" a bunch of text editors before I found this one. They were either full of ads, or had way too many geeky features, or had other quirks that made them unusable. This one Just Works. It's great. Thank you, guys!

I can type text & copy it, but not save it, no menu as in the pics on my LG phone. Uninstall.
It does highlight links and phone numbers though.
Can't save my files to the SD card, otherwise it seems OK.
Great app worked great for me when used all was ok
Nice, simple app, spoilt by too small a font when browsing directories. Also seems to have issues with SD card. Pity, because functionality is just what I was looking for. Apart from that, the best simple editor I have found.

It's small and easy to use.
Works pretty good, but my complaint are: scrolling sideways is quirky, and when you edit system files it won't save, even after enabling rwed permissions for file & directory.
Great little app for basic text editing etc. it runs smooth and uses little resources
Great app, text edit stopped doing updates and it has a few glitches, this holds me down tho
This is a version of Paul Mach opensource editor. They even can not be installed simultaneously because of duplicated namespaces
It would be great to have a 'clear button'.
No goto. No line numbers.
, this page is very best
It does highlight links and phone numbers though.
... and it works.
New to tablets and wanted something easy to paste email text, edit for reply. Nicely customizable. Would love voice function.

Noooooooo!!!! What an excellent text editor! Nearly perfect! Very clean layout. No annoying tool bars. Good font face/size options. Even background color is configurable. Remembers last opened file and... opens it automatically on next launch! And on the very same line as before!!! Saves and exports. Saves with different name if desired. Attaches to email. Remembers recent files. Absolutely and awesomely excellent except... it doesn't support encoding! Many characters in my ISO-8859-1 files (all of them) are truncated. The app is useless to me! Tragedy!
The app says I don't have an sd card, and all my files I can't get in!

There's no menu to do opening saving or anything as shown in the pictures.
