9 times out of 10, I can't log in to add money to my child's account.

I select my school but then it tells me the webpage can't be found and when I click on the provided link, literally nothing happens. None of my friends have this issue so I don't know Why it's messing up for me

I couldn't get this app to work on my tablet or my phone. It wouldn't even recognize my university login, so I didn't get to test any of the functions.

Crashes half the time, doesn't load info the other half. Make this app great again.

I have used this app for almost two years now, but all of a sudden, after the most recent update, it will not allow me to log in. When I click on the app to open it, it immediately says "ugh oh, we cannot find the institution." I updated the app yesterday and had no problems until that update.

It usually works great, but it just stopped working today, and says that it can't find the institution. It works for friends with iphones, but not my android

Stopped working.. On reinstalling just gives the message "oops can't find institution"

Random nonsense errors are fun when the person next to you isnt

Used to work fine in the past but it stopped working. Replies by the creators say it's working after the update, but it's not.

Can't load my card. Now can't eat at school, this has been an issue for a week, still no fix? Rollback your program so we can use it like before

I have been using the app for a year and loved it. It made adding points on my account easier and quicker than using my school's website. Recently I am unable to use it. All of a sudden it has me adding my info again. When I click on my school name and enter my log in credentials it stops working and won't let me log in. Before this issue, it would not process my credit card. It is the same card I have used in the pass. I would love to recommend the app, but I cannot with the recent issues.

I used this app earlier in the year and it worked great. Recently however I am unable to access my account for reasons unknown to me. I have my same login credentials but it continues to say unable to authenticate user. The app was literally working fine a week ago and now it stopped. So one star rating till it gets fixed or I receive help to fix it.

As soon as this new update happened, it won't let my android log in. Like everyone elses, it says 'uh oh, we can't find your institution.' If you're going to update an app that was previously working for both Androids and iPhones, make sure your updates accommodate both in the future, because this is frustrating.

Works great for ordering food, but please add order number to the order conformation screen. That's how my school calls orders and you can only see it on the website.

I downloaded this yesterday, chose my school and tried to log in serveral times. Each time it crashed after entering my username and password.

Useful for seeing my balance, but I can't order anything. My school is in DC, and while there are local restaurants, there's not a DC option for the address. I can't just plug in another state, because I automatically get the message that I'm out of range.

I've transfered from an iPhone to a galaxy and I can no longer log in.. it says "unable to authenticate user" I know my credentials are correct. Reinstalling doesn't work.. suggestions?

I cannot sign into my account. I have been trying for 2 hours. there is no reset or forgot password available. who do I contact?????

I have been using this app since last year and I have consistently had a problem with the app "initializing" then crashing immediately after. It normally clears up in a few hours, but this has been going on for days now. I have send numerous emails and crash reports and haven't gotten any response. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled the app. I've done it all. And now I have no way to use my meal plan where I live. Nice.

It won't let me log in anymore, Instead of putting in my pin it made me restart by picking what college and everything but it never actually let's me back in it says "Unable to authenticate user" I haven't used it all summer but now that college is starting back up I'm alittle frustrated it won't work.

This serves only as a way of checking account balances for me.

I forgot my password but I can't figure out how to reset it or recover it. Other then that I love the app when I first had it. Can some one help with my password though?

Nice to see fingerprint login, but still too slow to get to the main interface and use barcode to pay.

For now only one star because there is no way to set up low-balance automatic payments and no mobile alerts. Time based deposits (the only option available) are worthless if you use the card on an irregular basis. Change these two features and I'll revisit my rating.

Works great at University at Buffalo. Useful at vending machines and when you forget your card at a dining location.

Hi there, my institution, Cornell university, recently switched over to use GET, and the site works online, but the app says the address cannot be accessed. The same address will work in the phone browser. Any idea about fixing the problem?

What better time for an app to not work than when you are hungry and get hit with the "GET mobile has stopped responding." Perfect.

The first couple of days it worked fine but now it keeps telling me that I'm not connected to a data network. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again to find the same message popping up.
