Downloaded this app so I wouldn't have to use the browser based control panel. Can log in fine on the browser. Says wrong password when I use the app. Reset several times already. Very aggravating!!

not happy with birch. Cbeyond had great customer support... Birch is sub par. too bad... but will likely look elsewhere when contract is up.

birch used to be cbeyond. They actually cared about their customers. Birch came in gutted the place and said forget our customers. Birch is the enron of communications.

As a sales rep, it is huge that I no longer have to give out my personal cell phone number to clients. I can keep my personal life and business life separate, and still conduct all my business on my cellphone. I also love being able to know before I answer a call if the call is to my personal number or my "business number".

I have been running the app for a while now. It seems that it crashes 4 or 5 times a day. I try to make a call frome it and it will make the ring noise but won't actually be calling. I can't close the app and it continues to ring. I have to restart my phone to get it to close. Needs some work.

Had to switch to this phone service because of work and have had nothing but problems since. Poor quality calls, constant dropped or missed calls and the app constantly freezes. Luckily we are switching providers because of the terrible service.

No good!!! We need a app to control the call forwarding. vmail and other applications. I am trying to log in and is giving me a invalid user/password.
