CBC e-Banking for Android
Apparently this runs ok enough of IOS but for android, it's terrible. Most of the time it won't log in or it crashes. The few times it does decide to log in, all I can do is view my balance. If I try to do anything else, it crashes. Apps been out long enough where these issues shouldn't exist. Only small pro is that the layout is improved over the last one
very sad app implementation. you should get your money back and return to earlier version. this is the 2nd time you updated without telling us first at login we need to update first or our login will fail n we will be locked out!! no help on the weekend because unlike Chase n others, you have no one answering the phone..the security seems like overkill..did you poll users first on what works n what we like/need? that would be a start. this is esp frustrating for those of us who live in different counties but kept the acct. you need to step up your game asap, no excuse in this day n age...
First, it's confusing. Second, it's slow. Third, you took away my ATM locator (I live in another county where just finding a CU ATM is a pain) Fourth, I now have to download another app to find a CU ATM. Fifth, transferring funds just got complicated. Sixth, sometimes I have to log in TWICE. It looks like I'll be banking on my computer for now.
Horrible.. the app and the mobile version of the website are horrible. Trying to verify a external account and when you enter the amounts that were deposited and switch to the second deposit to enter it the first deposit you enter dissapers
Horrible. Slow. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it for the camera to work and deposit checks. Who has time for that?
I think u should have an option to find UN. And show it to login. Also reset PW. This is the worst app. EVER. Who makes final decisions on your/OURapps. Who created this app. A computer? If it's a person this is shameful. Do not claim it.
they still haven't updated this slow app that we're forced to use
It gets my mobile banking done. App could run smoother, but hey, it's banking at your fingertips from a smaller bank.
Functional, yet featureless
This app is NOT helpful at all. It's more of a hassle and i can never log on. I use the actual website. UNINSTALLING!!!!!
Not only is the app extremely slow and sometimes doesn't allow me to log in, but now it doesn't even show my account balances. I have to sift through my recent account activity to know what my balance is. The menu is counterintuitive and annoying. The original app was far better than this piece of crap.
App now recognizes the device but usually requires that I enter un/pw twice. After the first the page fades and sometimes will load but usually just reloads and has me do it again. Somewhat glitchy still
It's obnoxious that it won't let me log in. We need this info daily and yet we can't get to it. When is this going to be fixed?
Half the time the login screen fades to black and fades back to the login screen. Sometimes I have to login again, sometimes it switches to my accounts after the login screen fades back in.

This new app. . Just complicated what was simple and easy to do. . I have verify my account every time I log in. . Now it wont let me log in, invalid password. . . Terrible
There was no reason to change this app. The other one worked ao much better. This one is slow, it doesn't remember my computer so i have to get a new code everytime i log in. I used the old app all the time but now im going to have to go into the bank more often and i don't like doing that.
What's the point of having the app if I have to verify myself every time I want to look at my account? Apps are supposed to be easy and convinient. I get this update was done for security reasons but it's just an incredibly frustrating way to offer security.
I liked the previous app better! This one is so slow! I used to be able to go in and out of the app in a FLASH but now there's so much waiting, I just wasted my break time switching to this app. Change it back!
Nothing wrong with the old app. This new app absolutely sucks!!! Half the time this new app is unresponsive with error messages and when it does work, it's slow, inefficient, redundant.... please fix this app!!!
New app made me create new pw & will not allow me to do my monthly external bank transfer bc apparently my external bank no longer exists in the database? It is trying to make me re-verify my other bank routing and account number to do this & wants me to wait the couple days for verification. I tried going to desktop mode in browser on my phone and it doesn't even have desktop option. This new app is causing more problems than helping. Please fix it to be convenient again.
It's always nice when features are removed. It's very annoying that it asks to verify my device every time I login.
It's cool that I can do alot more stuff now, things I couldn't do on the old app. But having to verify every time I want to get on is really annoying and to much... hopefully this will change in the future.

Why is it necessary to keep requesting to receive a call or text to log in? This update was so unnecessary.
Cool layout. A bit slow.. having to verify my phone on the mobile app EVERY SINGLE TIME is stupid.
SO many more options with the new app... It's great! Easy to navigate, especially for those of us not tech savvy.
App works good minus the fact that I have to re-send a security code to my phone because the wife logs into her app from her phone, which coincidentally forgets my device and makes me re-enter my password and vice-versa.
This is the worst app I have encounter, was able to get into my account last thursday, but when I tried to get in my account today with my password didn't recognise it so called the bank got a lady that reset my password five times and it still don't work...the last app worked just fine...was no need for a new one.
It makes me verify eveytime i log in i have to get a text code or call .slow as hell.why did it even change.
It's pretty clunky and keep repeating the authentication procress ever time I open it
App asks me to verify who I am every time I log in even tho I have touch I'd and pin set up
I don't see any improvements. Takes way too much memory. Why tbe change?

What is the purpose of this app? Oh wait I get it... to make you wish for a better one or to get the old one back. Might as well just use the web browser to access my account. Which is why I'm ditching this app.
Having to verify my self every time i log in sucks. I use the app between 5 and 30 times a day this needs to change.

If you can manage to log in (not guaranteed, does not work half the time) you can check your balance with this app. Every other feature I've tried has been broken. Deposit a check? Broken. Add external accounts? Broken. If this app were a wheel it would be square.
