Family Locator for Sprint

Gives a more accurate and detailed location than the Sprint locator app (which is a monthly fee). Great "peace of mind" app for keeping up with family and phones with everyone's busy schedules. Has come in really handy for helping find lost phone and helping lost younger driver navigate when GPS failed.

This app is much better then Sprint Family Locator and app uses Google Map to help you Navigate to you family. Problem is app icon continues to disappear and I have to uninstall then reinstall to use app.

Stupid. Asks for a password but never gives you opportunity to define up. Therefore can't get in.

Not accurate and works less than half the time. And I there is a fee for this service

Have never used this before. Wants me to log in, but doesn't give the options for new members to create a log in

it says free but its not.asking about phone number and password????

This is helpful with SF Locator. It has given exact locations.

It doesn't get very accurate unless gps is on. Gps kills battery life so we usually leave it on wifi and cellular location. But it wont locate on wifi. So it gives a general area, 1/2 mile or so.

Why does it say free on the icon link? This is very misleading. Unless you click on *read more,* you don't know that you're going to be billed after 15 days.

It started perfect now it can't even locate and if it does its not even accurate needs to be fixed

Update. Looks like the problem has been fixed. Thank you to the developer! ...(old review)-Used it for years and it has been great. Now neither my wife or I can login. No error message when trying though. It just keeps asking us to log in instead of letting us locate family members. The true Sprint app works fine...

The last release wouldn't let me log in. Now it is working great again! God job.

This has been a daily go to for several years with no issues. The past few days I have not been able to access it. I am prompted to log in and then nothing. Please fix.

This was the only app to use on the sprint network. Now it doesn't give accurate information when does work! I was somehow logged out and I'm unable to log back in. There is no password reset option!

I have been using it for years but last week or so it is not letting me access the app. Either send a notification as to what the issue is or refund the monthly fee for an app that is not working

Only Sprint users should consider this. Not able to use without a Sprint account. I'll stick with T-Mobile.

Why can't you get a history reading. Otherwise it is really good. If you change that I would give it five stars

This app works fat but its not accurate. I downloaded and then tested. Locating my daughters phone that was with me...this app located perhaps one of the cell towers but the actual device was well outside its reported located area...it was in the same town but the other side of the city. Back to the orig. Sprint family locator app.

Been using this app for couple years with no problems until the latest update. Now it can rarely give location address, says location unresolved, whatever that means. It's close to where they are, but if you don't know what area your in very well it doesn't help.

App does not give an accurate location. This could be something with the Iphones being on Sprints network, rather than the app. Since the Sprint Family Locator App asks this in settings, and prompts you to instam sprint family signal on the iphone which texts a url, you click on it and it brings up a map of the phone's location, once the user initiates.

No menu button on the s5 please fix

Just sucks. Doesnt work ever

Upgraded my phone to Samsung Galaxy S5 and there is no menu button. All that u see is a map worth no way to control anything.

I can never login, they have my address, but they never know the address when my kid is home, at one point they had a map where the- names of who ever is to be the located was at a push of a button, anyone of us was located on a map, now I just get the check in the morning it never remembers my password they say it's invalid. If my kids were ever missing this would not help at all, if I can't log into your account
