After downloading and uninstalling several apps, it took me few hours to finally found this. This effectively blocks my selected outgoing calls but it would be best if there is an option to block those with beginning numbers. For example blocking numbers that starts with 0916*, etc. But overall i like it. What i like about this app is it is VERY LITE, SIMPLE, and MOST ESPECIALLY NO ADS. Thanks developer! :)
