About Keyfuels
This application enables Keyfuels cardholders to find the nearest sites where they can use their card, display these sites on a map, list them, view their details and optionally open Google Maps™ with a route to a selected site.
The selected sites are usually near your current location but in release 2, there is an option to select site near a UK postcode.
How Keyfuels Sites Works
Keyfuels Sites uses the network location and GPS capabilities of the device to determine the current location and then download the nearest sites. Once downloaded, these sites can be displayed a map and listed in ascending order of distance from the current location.
Maps
The maps support zoom buttons and pan using finger drag – in the same way as Google Maps™. By touching a site’s icon, its details can be displayed.
The Site List
Sites are listed in ascending order of distance from the current location. By selecting a site its details can be displayed.
Site Details
Site details can be displayed by selecting a site from a map or the Nearest Sites List. Site details include address, opening times, and directions. There is an option to open Google Maps™ with a route to the selected site. . If this option is selected, it is easy to return to the application using the Android back key
Geographic Scope
There are approximately 1,500 Keyfuels sites throughout the UK including Northern Ireland.
Vehicle Type Selection
Keyfuels Sites enables you to select sites appropriate to your type of vehicle. There are three options:-
· All Keyfuels sites
· Only Light Commercial Vehicle/Car sites
· Heavy Goods Vehicle sites only
Help
Keyfuels Sites includes context-sensitive, help screens.
Device Requirements
Keyfuels Sites uses both network location and GPS Satellite location – the first for speed and the second for accuracy.
Both of these methods require a mobile data connection, not just Wifi.
It also uses Google Maps™ which must be installed on your device.

Absolutely rubbish, worst app ever, a child could create a much better app. Keyfuels app constantly crashes, is very slow and minor things like zooming in the map sees it automatically zoom out when I'm trying to see which station is convenient for me on my route. I've used some pretty rubbish apps but this takes the biscuit by a long mile. AVOID.

I need this app on a daily basis and I hate it so much. Crashes and is slow. Allowes you to zoom in and in a second goes back to original size. Waste of time. BTW old app was simple and was far better than this one. Not happy ☹️☹️☹️☹️

This app is terrible keeps crashing and freezing. Cannot zoom in on map without it zooming back out a second later. When searching it freezes. When select directions after clicking on a location agsin freezes. App asks for to enable location settings in permissionss even though this has already been done. Uninstall/reinstall does not help or restarting phone. App is worst one I have used. Totally useless.

Absolutely useless. Always crashing, map won't stay zoomed in, no option for a route planner. Got keyfuels cards for all company vans 6 months ago. We're not keeping them if nobody can find a fuel station.

I have several chocolate fireguards which are better than this app. Don't rely on this in an emergency. It is dubious whether the app will even start up far less give you accurate information. Useless.

P.O.S Will not locate any site . Error 500 showing all the time. Bring back the booklets and find a 5 year old to write a new app that works .

so you can now search by a post code but what if you don't know the p/code and only know the town, if only it worked, crashes a lot and won't run, ordered the book of sites from them as this is just so unreliable

Keeps zooming out when I'm browsing. I also want it to display results on map that is displayed. I.e as I scroll around the map and zoom in / out, after I've clicked a "search here" button, the results are displayed.
