NOT really free!

Very poor audio quality. App. stops working in the middle of any given book or chapter. Worst $15.00 I've ever spent. I have reported it everything it stops. I can only get to Genesis chapter 13 then it stops working. Very poor app.

I bought the app and now it's not there I spent 14 bucks and now it only play's the first 2 chapter.

Poor quality. Chapters do not roll to the next chapter It just repeats the same chapter. Or it stops completely so u have to manually forward Sorry. This App needs a major overhaul. Not worth 1.99 let alone 14.99

The sound quality is awful. And this is what this app is supposed to do give clear audio. Do not purchase this app

Lamentations and Baruch do not work! I really would like this app to work properly but it doesn't.

You have to upgrade to listen, only some chapters are available.

People stop complaing ..be thankful we have apps like these that try to help us get closer to god.....thanks to the creatror of this app anything that privides me knowledge about gods word is welcome ..

Its helpful in learning the teaching of our God. I can simply listen if I was unable to read.

Absolutely great for a mind truly yearning for GOD. love this application

I only got to chapter 13 in Genesis and it stopped playing can play the other 12 chapters fine but not 14 or after it very disipointed with upgrading to the payed app

The two chapters in each book that work are amazing. Then the rest of the chapters are inaccessible. I thought I'd found a good audio Catholic Bible

Chapter 13 didn't play and there was a lot of back round noise.

Wonderful reading of the douay 1609 and the Rheims 1582 old and new testament. I wanted to hear the missing books of the bible prior too the break in the church caused by Martin Luther . Looked high and low for this and found it. Loved it and am honored too have heard it. It filled in alot of the missing writings in history .starting too trend back toward home, like g. K. Chesterton, and c.s. Lewis .after being born strict fundamental protestant now having expanded my knowledge to the vast Trevor trove.

To much money for this app, and can hardly understand the readers, sorry.

I use this app when I feel alone

Loved to listen on it again and again before sleeping or when doing nothing...

WARNING. Best reader does not read all of OT. Much of OT has different readers with different reading skills. Some of the readings should not have been approved for a commercial purpose. From what I have heard so far all of NT is read by the best reader. When the best reader is reading it is a glorious experience. That alone justifies 5 stars. A classic reading. But I use another Douay-Rheims audio Bible for much of OT. For this product being reviewed --Only a free preview before you buy and you need to buy if you want to hear the entire Bible. Simple honesty would have posted that this Bible costs $xx.xx. There is a very slight audio feedback as sometimes happens when listening to old audio recordings. But I could not hear this on all tracks and it has not been a problem. I would buy with these "authentic" characteristics of these wonderful old audio treasures. **Installation was solid and without problem. **Operation is easy and flawless on this Nexus tablet. **Volume is very good. Some MP3s are a little soft on this tablet, but this recording is plenty loud. **Overall an excellent value and quality product.
