Lost Phone? Our Lost & Stolen Phone Tracker will Send a Pic Ping message through CatchLook.com. Your cell phone will be triggered to take a front camera pic and map the GPS location of your phone. This information will be emailed to you from the email address stored during your initial app install. If you wish for GPS privacy, then you can turn off the Lost or Stolen Phone Tracker's GPS feature. But when turned on, the security camera feature will be activated.

1) What does Catch Look Password Security protect my phone from?
CatchLook protection app activates and uses the front camera on your phone to capture any snooping or incorrect password attempt from an unwanted intruder. These snapshots are stored in a secure PhotoLog Gallery for your use. CatchLook's Wrong Password Camera is great for protecting your information from jealousy and privacy thieves.
2) Why does my PhotoLog Gallery password protected?
If there is a scenario where a jealous girlfriend or jealous boyfriend may have your phone's password and enter the app to erase snapshots taken, then the PhotoLog gallery will require your CatchLook password which is for the app only. This password is set by the user upon initial installation.
3) How does Catch Look Password Security help me recover my lost or stolen cell phone?
If your phone is lost or stolen, the protection app will send a Pic Ping from the main website here at CatchLook.Com. The Lost & Stolen Phone Tracker will trigger your app to take a hidden camera snapshot and plot the Google GPS map of your cell phone. This will be emailed to the email address entered on the Pic Ping. This email address must be the one associated with the App.
4) Can I send a Pic Ping when the App is in Off Mode?
No, you can not send a Pic Ping when the App is in Off mode. We respect your privacy when the Pic Ping is turned off and the feature is disabled completely.
5) Can I choose any email address when I do a Pic Ping?
No, you can only use the email address set on your CatchLook app from initial install. This email address must be used in conjunction with the user password for the CatchLook app.
6) How can I uninstall Catch Look?
Since CatchLook is a security app, the Device Administrator rights must be granted to properly monitor your phone. In order to uninstall the app, you must first locate your Device Administrator rights and disable CatchLook. This can be found mostly in your phone's security settings. One this is disabled, you can then uninstall CatchLook from your phone.
