Custom Track Service (CTSi) is an undercarriage management software application for Caterpillar dealers. Users can take measurements from an ultrasonic wear indicator and upload the measurements to calculate percent worn and projected life of undercarriage components. Users are required to be authenticated and subscribed to the CTSi software through Caterpillar Inc.
